I got as a gift for someone that’s always using their iPhone X for photo and video so I thought this would be an inexpensive yet a quality item I purchased the dji osmo mobile 2 for myself the build quality of the steady pro to say the least is cookie cutter plastics the handle is totally cmooth and feels it would slip out my hand and damage my phone this item usually retails for $99.00 dollars and was on sale for $65.00 seemed like a great deal after holding this item I would not pay $100.00 dollars for this gimbal I paid $129.00 for my DJI OSMO Mobil 2 with extras . so I thaught a $99.00 on sale for $65.00 should be ok On a positive note the phone holder it self I feel holds my phone a lot better and is stronger than my dji the seller did a great job prompt service can’t complain. But I may return this item .

Update: 04/21/2019 I can't believe Amazon still allows this item to be listed on their market. This device is a piece of garbage and the company has stopped updating the App. It constantly restarts. This is fraud! I should sue for this. "Device overload" is the only message i get when i try to use this thing. They advertise that it works with any smartphone, but it didn't work with my Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra that weights 188 g. I am so disappointed. Material is poor quality.It feels fragile and plus it doesn't even come with a case to store it in when you have to travel. Didn't work for me

I have a Moto 360 camera for which I bought this to use, and I needed something to stay in vertical orientation. While it does do so in certain positions, there is not a dedicated vertical mode, as it's designed for landscape orientation. It also has trouble with heavier/thicker phone's.

This device is absolute trash. I couldn't find the app that's supposed to work with it. I will be returning it ASAP.

Just opened my package and I’m quite satisfied, I didn’t pay a whole bunch for it, and it also provides easy to use controls, panning, the gimbal is pretty great in my opinion,

I'm having some trouble with this. Each time I try to use it, everything is good for about 5 minutes and I've got the green light and then suddenly the camera violently turns vertical and a red/blue light begins flashing and then I have to turn it off. Do you have any suggestions of how to fix this? I want to use this for Facebook Live and our broadcasts are longer than 5 minutes, so I cannot use this unless we can fix this problem. Thank you

For the price i can't complain, worked perfectly for my S8 and hasn't let me down, works good for music videos and perfect for those steady shots for my vlog.

Lo adquirí para mi hermano, por lo que no tengo mucho qué comentar al respecto salvo sus impresiones. Me comenta que su calidad es buena y es justo lo que buscaba, ajusta a la perfección y su funcionalidad es la esperada.

Este producto deja mucho que desear, llegó en tiempo pero el embalaje no le aporta mucho cuidado, apenas realicé una prueba y dejó de funcionar, no gira correctamente, y tampoco estabiliza correctamente (4° de inclinación) pensé que era por el peso de mi teléfono (iPhone 6s +) pero lo ententé con un iPhone X e incluso con un 8 y presentaba los mismos resultados, devolución en proceso

Lo he usado 1 semana y me gusto el que sea muy intuitivo en su manejo, entre lo que cabe es fácil de usar, aunque todavía no entiendo para que sirve la rueda y el botón que tiene en uno de sus extremos el dispositivo. Le doy cuatro estrellas ya que la aplicación que se descarga al Iphone para poder enlazar el dispositivo graba los videos, pero al pasarlos a la computadora para hacer la edición me aparecen con un giro de 90 grados, se puede corregir durante la edición pero no es el caso, ojalá puedan corregir ese detalle con una actualización en la aplicación. En cuanto a la duración de la batería cumple con las 4 horas que promete, deberían de incluir un adaptador de electricidad ya que en el empaque solo viene un cable USB. Es un buen producto a pesar de estar fabricado en plástico, se ve solido y durable.

No funciona! Se desconfigura 👎🏻 Una vez que lo utilizas se desconecta, no funciona Pediré mi devolución Ok Ok Ok

Mal producto constantemente se pierde la conexión con el teléfono difícil de manejar sin instrucciones claras no lo recomiendo ya hice la devolución
