Far Cry Compliation - Xbox 360

One of those compilations you would be crazy not to get for your XB1. I originally bought it when only Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon was backward compatible. Then out of nowhere Far Cry 3 became BC. Now, Far Cry 2 is BC. I wouldn't say I'm a huge Far Cry fan, I didn't really care for 2 and thought Blood Dragon was a bit overhyped but 3 was one of my favorite games of last generation. I did pay less for this compilation than it's currently selling for but as long as it's under thirty, it's well worth it, especially if you enjoy the gameplay of the Far Cry series. Two isn't as similar as three and Blood Dragon but they're all worth a playthrough. The story does not continue from game to game so if you're looking at it for that reason, it's a completely different story in a completely different setting in each game. The games are fun though.

This is an amazing game and an amazing deal.Farcry 3 is on of the best game you will ever play.I never played farcry in my life and I didn't know where to start so i bought this game thinking that I needed to play it in order. So I started playing farcry 2 and I gotta say that game was trash so I started regreting buying this game until I started playing farcry 3 and boy did it improve. Amazing story and wonderful characters. Then I played blood dragon and ... It was interesting thats all I'm gonna say . But this is why I became a farcry fan and brought farcry 4 and damn these games just knee getting better and better so if you wanna buy this product get ready to be amazed at this game series. Did I ever tell you the definition of insanity ?

Farcry 2 is dated but love the African setting and storyline. F-3 was better but still on the dated side, especially having played 4 first, the american tourists fighting for their lives felt familiar but in no way boring. Blood Dragon was pretty awesome, full of humor and it has elements of all the best sci-fi from the 80's, not your normal farcry, it starts with the song from from Predator, in a chopper, with a mini gun, and the beginning is strongly reminiscent of The Terminator series and flows into likeness of Perfect Dark... You move super fast and lazers everywhere. I was born in 87, the tutorial giving the pc smack made me laugh riotously because it reminded me of the teens I know being super impatient EVEN when playing on easy, lol. If you like the series and are patient with older games would definitely recommend.

was pleased to see that it was 3 discs and that i didn't get duped with a digital download like other people were talking about because i dont have xbox live and wouldn't have been bothered to get it just to download part 2 and blood dragon.. i specifically bought this to play blood dragon, so far it is a blast and i love it. the first far cry that i played was part 4 and have recently been playing 5 and primal. i like how the controls on 3 are still similar to the new games so its easy to jump into especially after switching between consoles (ps 4 to xbox 360)very fun series. about everything i would expect from a far cry game,

This Compilation of Far Cry games is worth it for the massiveness of Far Cry 3 alone, but the fact you get Blood Dragon and Far Cry 2 makes it an even better deal. I will say, though, that Far Cry 2 pales in comparison to 3 when you consider how much they changed the gameplay, graphics, and setting. They're both games that will take a while to finish (compared to Blood Dragon which is more a mini game in comparison) but 3 just has so much to do and get distracted by. The visuals are astounding and the main mission is just a blip compared to all the side missions and other distractions to keep you hooked for a very long time. The firs time you open the entire map it's almost overwhelming but in a good way. I've been really pleased from the moment I go the discs - and there are three discs for those of us who like the physical copy as compared to the download option.

3 games for the price of one! Comes in disc form, which my adult son prefers rather than the digital download. Game is rated accurately, it is for mature audiences.
