I recently adopted a puppy who was a little older but only sort of house broken, so needless to say we've had a few accidents. But the incident that sealed the deal on just how good this stuff is, was (this may be tmi) we found out she still had round worms & had to give her meds. As you may know that can cause some urgency for the pup needing to go out. I wasn't paying enough attention one evening & she poo'd on my favorite rug, and it wasn't shall we say a solid poo. 😭 The rug is a lighter color and I just knew it was ruined. I used the spray according to directions & IT SAVED MY RUG! The scent is light but has enough smell to help "cover up" the accident until the bacteria and enzymes do their thing to eliminate it. This is a must have for puppy parents!

While we were away on vacation our dog picked a spot on the carpet to pee on. Seems like it happened multiple times as the spot was pretty big. I tried a mixture of vinegar and baking soda to try to get it clean along with my carpet cleaner vacuum. Nothing touched the stain so I decided to give this a try after reading reviews. Definitely get this product!! I had to do multiple applications but the stain is almost gone!! I’m going to get another bottle for any future accidents our pup may have.

continue to keep getting the stock spray because it works and it gets rid of that that he smelled that your dog makes when it misses or when it goes in certain areas they shouldn’t go

Everything was good about the product except It won't take care of the Stains. When it dries the stains are still there. Using on a white rug that is kind of shaggy and the stain stands out like a sore thumb. Sorry, but I found a new product made by Clorox. URINE REMOVER. Takes care stains and Odors !!!!!

All of sudden, our outdoor dog started pee on garage floor and patio. Winter time, we put heated pad and oil heater in a garage, there's pet door that dog can go out. But recent few cold night, dog decided pee in there, not outside. When I talked dog trainer about this issue, she recommended me to get Stain & Odor remover with enzyme, it's safe for dog and they will stop pee or poop the area after odor removed completely. Well, she actually recommended me different brand, but it wasn't working at all. So I ordered this spray at amazon, see if it works.... IT WORKS!! My dog stopped pee in a garage. But not working for concrete, once a while (not everyday), my dog still pee small area on concrete floor at patio... only patio is made by concrete, whole back yard is just dirt and plants, usually dog goes dirt for pee or poop. After I purchased and looked instruction, I noticed looks like this is for carpet or soft surface. But this is still working on hard floor at garage. Perhaps, I'll try this brand's other product called "Hard Floor Stain & Odor Remover spray". Maybe works better for my patio.

To be honest I set up the Amazon subscription (every 6 months) only to get the discount and I was going to cancel it before it reordered. I'm pretty cheap if I'm not sure about a product. I ended up not only purposely keeping the subscription but I also have ordered it between deliveries and I'm going to need to up the amount to every 3 months. I have a cat who has a seizure every 2-4 weeks and she loses control of her bladder. She's always asleep when they happen and since she sleeps with me she almost always has them on either the couch or my bed. I just grab the spray and cover the area well then wash the bedding and/or couch cover. About a week ago I had to clean the cat tree. That same cat had peed on the bottom shelf when she got a UTI (yes she gets sick often) and I had scrubbed the bottom shelf with soap and tons of water but as I was using a wet vac to suck up the water I got an unmistakable whiff of cat urine. I went to get the spray and sprayed it with a nice thick layer and then vacuumed it out. The smell was gone. It did better than 20 minutes of scrubbing with soap. It's worth the money, even if you are cheap. It's a good value. It comes with multiple layers of protection against leaks during shipping. The scent isn't overpowering (cuz it's eliminating the smell not covering it with a different one.) The only complaint I have is I can't get the spray top off (it locks on) to get the last bit of it or to get refills of it but that's just a tiny annoyance.

Had to peel off the Japanese label to read the English underneath but after that the specific instructions for different materials and types of mess were helpful. My house smells fresh now.

With a new puppy, accidents happen everywhere and mostly, of course, on the carpet. this is by far the best odour and stain remover I've ever tried. Now recommended to all the family and friends with pets. No smell and no stain left. Quite easy to apply.
