They arrived on time and in good condition. They seem to be as durable as they say. However, the trip I bought them for got cancelled so I'm not able to test them in real life yet. However, they are well made, very light weight, and the rollers don't jam when you test them. Love the pink color, too. It makes them easy to spot in the overhead bins. The smaller travel kit is great for makeup and sundaries.

This is very nice looking in person. It seems like a great solution to keep the laptop out of my daughter's backpack. This suitcase appears to be well made and durable. It rolls and spins easily, and the handle extends and retracts well. The only downside in this design is that the laptop pocket definitely reduces interior packing space. It is a trade off worth making for our uses, but good to keep in mind. The cosmetic case is nice, well made, and cute...but not practical for airline travel since it's not what you'd want for your "personal, under the seat" item. Great for road trips though.

I absolutely love this carry-on suitcase! The 22-inch size is perfect for short trips, and it's airline approved, so I don't have to worry about checking in my luggage. The blue color is gorgeous and stands out beautifully. The suitcase is incredibly durable, and the wheels roll smoothly, making it easy to maneuver through airports. It also has plenty of space for all my essentials, and I love how compact and organized it keeps everything. I’ve used it on multiple trips now, and it’s been a total game-changer. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and stylish carry-on! I don't use the smaller carrying case that comes with it for travel. It's super tiny. But I have it at home and it stores my tens-unit and all the pieces that come with it.

I really liked the 20-inch size and the top laptop compartment, which is very convenient. Unfortunately, during air travel I had to check in the carry-on, and it got dented after the flight. That was disappointing, as I expected it to handle normal airline handling better. Good design, but durability could be improved.

Really love the color, the material and how lightweight the luggage is. It appears to be durable but I'll update after a trip. I would love to give 5 stars, but I have a few flaws to point out. The handle feels really cheap compared to my other luggage. The handle compartment isn't glued down properly (see pic). The charger is only on one piece of the luggage which is the carry-on luggage. If I'm going on the trip that requires the checked luggage, I wouldn't be able to use. I feel it should be on all the luggage so you don't only have to bring that piece unless needed. The charger piece really sold me so I'm disappointed by that. I'm going to give it a chance before my final review. I did have to return the first order due to the handle being too loose. The second order was a tad bit better but not fully corrected. Message to Travel Arm, the handle need to be crafted better and more sturdy, the charger should be available on all pieces. Sometimes you may only need a checked bag and you can't use the charger as its not an option on the luggage. The airlines throw these luggages like rag dolls, you must make sure its durable for high intensity impact. Update: 12/29/2025 I've now traveled 3 times with this luggage and I wouldn't suggest using this if traveling by plane. The item is defective and I'm now in search for a better quality. The orange is coming off from usage and I haven't had it a year. This luggage looks like I've used it for years. Where the handle is, you can see it coming apart. I returned the first one due to the same thing. They replaced with no problem but now its doing the same thing. This quality isn't as good as I thought. This would be good for road trips only. 2/11/2026, update. The small luggage came apart. I would say not to purchase. The paint is coming off as well.

Just got back from a trip to Mexico and LOVED my new carry-on! I didn’t think I’d use the “cosmetic case”, but I found that my cpap would just fit. This was much smaller than my regular cpap bag and it didn’t advertise to everyone that I had sleep apnea. The little case is help firmly in place on the extended handle of the carry-on with an elastic strap. The whole thing rolls so easily! I love that I can easily access my iPad, etc without having to open the whole suitcase and my electronics were well protected by the hard shell and padded sleeves. The carry-on holds a good amount if you pack thoughtfully. I really like that you can separate items with the elastic straps on one side and the zippered enclosure on the other. This just made our whole trip much easier to navigate. So manny compliments on the turquoise. Highly recommend!!

If you are an infrequent traveler, this suitcase will probably work for you. I’ve used it twice thus far once as a carry-on and once as a checked bag. Both times it performed ok. It was fairly easy to wheel through the airport and steering wasn’t a problem; however, I would recommend you pack each side of the suitcase with similar weights. I believe it would prove to be hard to steer if you packed it unevenly. The usable space of the suitcase was good. When I used it as a checked bag, it came down the carousel with a big dent in it. I was able to pop the dent back out and it didn’t seem to affect the products functionality. However, it now has visible permanent crease marks on it. This makes it unattractive to me but like I said before it doesn’t seem to affect the functionality of the case. I found the small carry-on bag to be useless as a carry-on. When you open it contents go everywhere and it felt awkward to carry alone. I did find it to be quite useful to put in the suitcase when I checked it. It provided me with better assurance my fragile and cosmetic items would not get broke or leak. Bottom line if you only travel occasionally this would probably work for up to a week long trip. It is pretty roomy in side. The smaller case is pretty useless unless you are going to pack it inside the suitcase and put your cosmetic and fragile items unit to add an extra layer of protection. It wheels easily when balanced. It quickly shows wear if you check it. Zippers seemed decent. They are not the highest quality but certainly not the lowest. For the money it is a decent set, but certainly not what you want if you plan to use frequently.
