I bought this 8Bitdo Ultimate 2.4G controller as a gift for my son. While I haven't used it myself, he is absolutely thrilled with it. He says it’s very comfortable, works perfectly, and he hasn't had any issues so far. Based on his experience, it’s a high-quality product. Five stars!

Bought on an impulse after my another order of a controller with a different seller got lost at the sorting office. Love this controller so much, looks even better than in the pictures. Works well and had no issues connecting to Windows PC via Bluetooth. Very happy with my purchase, and actually quite glad the other controller didn't arrive as I wouldn't have purchased this one!

Connecting is hit or miss at first and it's not intuitive even with the instructions it can take a few tries, trying to connect it to a Switch specifically took a lot of trial and error. Besides that recommend it completely, if you can see past those issues it's a great controller and the finish and colours come through nicely. Would love it if the way to connect it was more like the SN30Pro (Hold two button to turn controller on AND pair it.) That works flawlessly, this method of turn it on, then hold Minus + LB for 5 seconds and hope it can sense the brick is in the Switch Dock, if it does, Ole! if it doesn't, repeat steps until you've done nothing different and for some reason it works, now Ole!

I love it so much I've had my eye on it for a while because I love Chongyun he's so cute, so I now finally got it and it's really cool. The design is smooth and was very easy to pair with my iPad, the keychain is also surprisingly thick and the travel case has the cryo symbol for the zipper. The photos I attached with this I took and edited myself as I tend to make these little photoshoots with objects I like so if it gives another little idea as to what it looks like for people who are thinking of buying it. Honestly it's really cute and I'm very happy to get it 100/10

Firstly I must say, the presentation is out of this world. The outer box is sturdy and opens up beautifully to show the little trinkets you get with the controller such as thumb grips and keyring. Once lifted you are greeted to a very well made quality controller case. Then you get the main attraction; the controller itself with the accompanying dock. The controller feels brilliant in hand and is nice and shiny. I have docked it a star because the quality in the product is a lacking in places. I had to return one because of the grinding of the left toggle on the plastic was just awful. But the replacement was not much better after only a few minutes of use. The D-pad whilst made of metal doesn’t feel great either, it shifts about and you have to press down on them with purpose to get a response. But the connectivity via Bluetooth is the main reason I got this. It connects to my laptop seamlessly - no lag as opposed to the Xbox controller which is unplayable via Bluetooth. You also have the dongle which is even better with less lag. I don’t even like Genshin Impact (never played or heard of this character), I just love the design of it

was a bit hesitant as ive bought a few different controllers but this one ticks all the boxes , looks amazing , comfortable to hold , varios connection options ( im using bluetooth ) and it connected to my steam deck first time with no problems , i would highly recommend it

Bought this to use on the ipad. It connects nice and easy, with the layout being similar to an xbox controller. it feels comfortable to hold and I like that the d-pad is metallic. Love the accessories that it comes with, it's a great bonus! One thing to note, however, is that the minus button that translates to the (xbox) view button, maps to the same function as the (xbox) menu button i.e. the minus and plus button on this controller will both open the menu or whatever it's set to in a game. I don't know if this is true for every game, but in my experience, this is true for Honkai Star Rail and Genshin, and for the most part this doesn't affect much, but it is something to keep in mind in case a game wants you to use it. So far, I haven't found a way to change the mapping of this particular button. Otherwise, I love using this controller and am glad I managed to buy it!

I've sent it back. Build Quality is as good as a Franchise controller but the biggest downfall for this is the Bluetooth. It doesn't connect. The dongle which comes with it connects to the controller with no problems at all. Pro's Build Quality Connects via the dongle with no problems at all Nice little Charger Dock Cons: No Bluetooth Connectivity. No TV, Game Console recognises it. If you have a USB Port then connect with the Dongle provided otherwise you will be stuck.

Esta colaboración es una maravilla. Ya empezando por lo bonito que es el diseño y la buena presentación en la caja con todos los extras merece la pena. La calidad es incluso mejor de lo que esperaba, se siente duradero y la sensación al jugar es de 10. Lo he probado durante unas 6 horas en PC y responde genial, tiene posibilidad de mapeo y no es para nada incómodo. Creo que merece mucho la pena.

I am a huge Genshin Impact fan, and this controller was very tempting. I had been using an Xbox Controller. After getting this controller, I was blown away by the quality and feel, plus it even came with a quality carrying case. The buttons and controllers feel great, I also find that the thumb sticks also track a lot better than the Xbox controller as well making it easier when using and aiming with bow characters. I been gaming on this controller for several months now, have hundreds of hours of gaming on it, and noticed another positive... it never ever disconnects. On the other hand, I would randomly get some disconnects from the Xbox controller, but this one has been flawless. No disconnects, looks great, tracks great, feels great in my hand, is very responsive, zero issues, price was great, and loved all of the extras this came with. I am thinking of picking up a second one as well for my laptop for when I travel.
