Good backup
I use this for a saline rinse when I have forgotten to boil up a kettle. It does the job and I am confident it is sterile, slightly expensive though.

Unscrew cap as far as you can to click open.
Perfect for flushing a urinary catheter. You need to open the bottle by screwing the top right down as far as possible, then it will open the plastic seal at the top of the bottle.

I buy these from medisave , same product but cheaper, I did get these while I was waiting for a delivery and I agree I wish the top was easier to get off. I use these for my husband RIG.

‘Easy open’ cap doesn’t always function
Good if the bottle opens as it should. I bought 2 in a row and neither of them opened with the screw cap. I cut the top off but now there is no lid so the water can’t stay sterile. Such a waste!

Very useful sterile water
Needed this to top up the tank on my NIV machine. Excellent product once I'd learned how to open it (screw the lid all the way down til it clicks, then unscrew). Useful to keep my odema blister areas clean too.
