IQH Sky 3D Tablet

The shipper was very fast. The tablet is new as described and works very well. The quality of the 3D photos is very good, although it only shows SBS files, not MPO files. The only issue with the 3d functionality of the tablet is that the 3D viewing app (Sight 3D) is buggy and crashes a lot. That is a problem from the developer/manufacturer, not the seller. I am attempting to get support from the manufacturer now, but no answer yet.

Seller did good business! Tablet works well for 3d media viewing but is far from perfect. Buy this time I got this the specs are already outdated and due to company status no updates or support. I accepted this due to sharp cut in price, Its a mid tablet but I do feel its worth what I paid for 1 feature lenticular screen. Hardware build quality is very good. Materials used seem solid, I'm not a fan of the color scheme but that's personal preference, with it being made for 3d content I was disappointed to see that it does not have a dual camera array. The stock camera app does have a 3d shot mode but I do not plan on using it. Battery life is below average (company states 8 hours I get 1 using lenticular screen) and charging is super slow (4 hours from 10% to 100%), its also very picky on what USB C Charger you use. I attempted to use a dell 65 watt USB-C charger and it didn't see it at all, Tried a few other before falling back to the included one. Overall this tablet is great for showing stereoscopic content, even with its low amount of usable apps that show off the 3d effect.

The animations look like they’re chugging and the 3d is really blurry, even after tinkering with the settings.

This product is basic android tablet. As android tablet it is good (acceptable), but nothing spectacular. The 3D Display is only reason to buy it. Lets talk about its 3D features. The 3D functionality on this tablet is available via two different apps. The first app detects stereo content in Chrome browser, and displays an overlay icon that allows you to switch display between 2D and 3D modes and adjust parallax for watching 3D videos. Unfortunately the parallax adjustment is very limited, therefore finding a videos that can be adjusted and displayed property can be a challenge. The concept was great, but the implementation requires further improvements. At its current stage this app is not very useful. The second app is for managing and viewing 3D pictures and 3D videos in side-by-side format. This second app works well. The main issue that it does not display images with non-standard aspect ratios correctly, it stretches them. This app requires each image inside of your stereo pair to be either 4:3, 3:2, or 16:9. In other words, if you take stereo pictures with a stereo camera such as Fujifilm W3, the images will be displayed properly, since your camera will take each image inside the stereo pair in 16:9, 4:3 or 3:2 - whatever you set in the camera's settings. However if you use a stereo attachment to your lens (such as Pentax 3D Stereo Adapter), the entire stereo pair will be taken with 16:9, 4:3 or 3:2 aspect ratio (depends on your camera setup), rather than each individual image inside of the stereo pair. Therefore the app wont display it properly. The only way to correctly display 3D picture taken with stereo adapter is to crop each image inside the pair to the above standard aspect ratios. You have to keep this in mind when taking pictures. You may need to use wide lens with high resolution camera to be able to crop the frame properly. Overall 3D quality is good, but you will have to adjust your position to find a correct viewing angle, therefore unfortunately you wont be able to use this tablet as digital frame. My conclusion - this device has a lot of limitations, and it is far from the perfection. But as of today it is about the only affordable option to watch 3D pictures and videos without 3D glasses I was able to identify. I find it useful for the price, therefore I can recommend it.

Great tablet great 3d video quality . If you have a good pc and can backup your 3d video/movie collection it’s awesome good quality I bought 6 of these. I don’t know why it’s listed as having android 3.2 honeycomb it has android 8.0 Oreo updated to android 10 it plays all video formats ( have to download software) but it is great!

Definitely have to use sweet spots but for the price you have to buy! Not many 3d tabs around

I bought this to display 3D still photos and it is good for that. Images are bright and sharp, and depth is good. Sometimes it takes a little wiggling to find the "sweet spot" for the 3D effect. If you want to show stereo pairs, at $100, this is the best deal going. I have a Luma Pad 2, and this is roughly comparable in image quality. Sometimes it stretches a vertical image to fill the screen horizontally. Other than that, no complaints. Most of the other apps I will never use. The interface is a bit quirky. If I designate an image to be deleted, it asks me to confirm in Chinese.
