I had high hopes for Simple Mills Almond Flour Crunchy Cookies, especially since I love their healthier, gluten-free ingredients. The double chocolate chip flavor is rich, and I appreciate that they’re made with organic coconut oil and are vegan-friendly. They’re a good option if you’re looking for a guilt-free snack. However, the texture wasn’t quite what I was expecting. They’re labeled as “crunchy,” but I found them a bit too dry for my liking. Pairing them with coffee or tea helps, but on their own, they can feel a little hard to bite into. The portion size in the 5.5-ounce pack is decent, but given the price, I was hoping for a more satisfying cookie experience. While I appreciate the clean ingredient list, I wish the flavor and texture were a bit more indulgent. Overall, they’re a decent snack for those with dietary restrictions, but I’m not sure I’d buy them again unless I needed a gluten-free or vegan option.

I love these so much! I've been on an autoimmune diet for over a year now and can't have any gluten or grains. I thought I would have to forego eating cookies except for making my own. My doctor's office recommend this brand of products and I love everything I've had from them. These cookies have really good crunch-cookie texture and a nice cocoa flavor. The chocolate chips are an excellent addition. I wish I could buy these cookies in bulk!

Yummiest and clean ingredients

These little morsels are da bomb, a variation on the chocolate chip cookie. The almond flour base and satisfyingly chocolaty chocolate chips make these addictive. I just wish the box were bigger.

OMG these cookies are the best. I would eat them even if I didn’t have Celiac disease. The ingredients are top notch and the texture and flavor is delicious. The chips are dark chocolate and what really makes these cookies even more delicious. I’ve given them to friends without telling them they are gluten free and they love them too.
