UPDATE: Customer service responded quickly after my review of it stopping working. It turns out that it somehow switched modes and is working again! When I first got it, it worked fine. Super handy. Now, it doesn’t work properly. It turns on but it doesn’t scroll. The buttons are kind of useless now.

This works as intended with tiktok on my galaxy s20. Able to scroll up or down, and pause. I got this and took a chance that it would work with reading apps. Double clicking swipes left or right which works perfectly for turning pages on the Libby app! Also worked flawlessly with Hoopla, and YouTube Shorts. The only aspect that did not work for me was the option to open a smart assistant. When in music mode a long press and release opens siri on iPhone. However on samsung it attempts to open Bixby even though I have it disabled and use Google. Can't speak for longevity or battery life yet, but if you want to lay in bed and swipe videos or pages on a reading app, it works great!

I didn’t even wanna put one start but it makes you. Had it for a week and it stoped working. Yes it’s charged. Super disappointed. When it did work it was great but then would just stop working.

I really like this ring—it works great and makes charging my phone way easier. I use it all the time and it’s super convenient, especially when I’m on the go or just need a quick charge. The only thing that bugs me is you have to turn on an iPhone accessibility setting to make it work, and that leaves a faded little circle on your screen all the time. It’s not a huge deal, just mildly annoying. Still, the ring is worth it for how useful it is. I’d buy it again!

I am obsessed with this thing! I have been raving about it to all of my friends - I can't believe I waited this long to get one particularly for the price! I don't know how long the battery life is because it has stayed consistently charged for me without me really having to think about it. The set up was pretty easy. There may be additional settings that I would need to play with to get this to work on Hoopla, but so far it works perfectly for kindle, Libby, Google play, and netgalley ebooks

It doesn’t stay connected to your phone for very long. If you leave your phone in a room, walk away then come back, it disconnects. Very frustrating. It takes A LONG time to fully charge when you first get it. Like 2 days. It does work as described when connected.

Works exactly as described and I'm obsessed with it! I tend to listen to videos/music while I'm cleaning around the house or just generally doing any unpleasant and time consuming chores and this ring remote makes it so much easier to do so without having to be constantly grabbing and unlocking my phone to skip songs or videos (on both tik tok and YouTube), and it has been awesome. Easy to use, the only thing you have to remember is what way to put it on so that the forward and next buttons are facing the right way, but once you got that stored in your noggin it couldn't be simpler to use! I have not messed around with its ability to take photos/videos yet, but that is simply because I don't really use my phone to take any kind of group photos, but with how seamlessly it worked with all the apps I have tried it with, I can't imagine it could be too hard to figure out the controls. The only negative I have with it is that the battery only lasts about two hours, which isn't a huge deal, but can be kind of annoying if you forget to charge it in-between usages. It does however charge back up rather quickly so even if it dies, I don't have to wait long to be able to use it again. Definitely recommend if you are like me and always need to be listening to something while doing mundane tasks and hate being interrupted, even if it is just because you don't like the song that came across your headphones - did I mention it does connect without issue while you also have Bluetooth headphones in?! I haven't noticed any kind of connection interruption or affect at all in the sound quality occuring while having th ring remote and my headphones connected, so I'd say that's a definite plus!

I am not using this for Tik-Tok - I play French Horn, and I wanted to start using an iPad to store and read my music. I use an app call Piascore. Since I can only see one page at a time on the iPad, a good page turn solution was needed. Many people (keyboard and guitar players) use Bluetooth foot pedals, but since my right hand is free in the bell of the horn, I thought this might be a good solution - and it is less expensive than foot pedals. I have tried it for a couple of days, and so far it works well. 2 clicks turn the page quickly, so I can anticipate the page turn, and I don’t have to take my hand out of the bell of the horn. I will be trying this during rehearsals to make sure it is reliable before I try it in a performance. My only issue is I seem to have to turn the iPad bluetooth off and on for it to find the remote control each time I use it, but that should not present a problem.
