iKlear Apple Polish Kit

At first I had my doubts about iKlear's product range, I always thought they wouldn't be as good as the cheaper alternatives. I have tried many other brands from Monster's Cleaning products to the Muc-Off range, after trying iKlear it proved to me that you really do pay for what you get when it comes to other brands. Paying the £20 for iKlear at first made me suspicious, I had my doubts when I placed the order but knew I had to give it a try one day. It arrived in quick time, and I immediately felt shocked at how huge the package was. The included products immediately justify the price, I expected the solution bottle to be much smaller than it is, but it's quite heavy and should last a good few months, maybe even a year. I have cleaned my Mac, iPhone, my mum's laptop and 2 TV's, all this using one of the wipes and it still has moisture to do more. Its astonishing how long the wipes last, I've not touched the spray bottle yet. I've tried all 3 cloths and they work brilliantly.

Whereas the cleaning liquid itself is excellent - having bought it before - the cloth advertised here is NOT what I received. The image shows a blue cloth, described as "1- Large Micro-Chamois". The description states: "Contains: 1- 5 oz. iKlear Spray Bottle 1- Large Micro-Chamois 6- iKlear Travel Singles 1- Travel Size Micro-Chamois". What I received is: - 1 large GREY cloth, described on the package as an "antimicrobial dual micro texture" cloth. I had this cloth in a previous purchase and it's nothing as good as the small micro-chamois in the package, and leaves tiny bits of fibres on the screen. Otherwise, you're getting MUCH more than is described, as: - the bottle is 8 oz not 5 oz - there are 12 travel singles not 6 - there are 2 travel-size cloths not 1: one grey "dual micro texture" like the large one, and one micro-chamois. If you don't care what type of cloths you're getting, then you're getting more than is described. If you're ordering this just to get the large micro-chamois cloth as well as the cleaning liquid, then you might not get the cloth. As I wanted the large blue chamois cloth but didn't get it, I've returned it and will buy the 8 oz bottle separately on its own (at a much cheaper price than this package as the cloth is not cheap) and will use a shop-bought blue e-cloth for glass and windows as it does a better job than the grey "dual micro texture" one. This is a 5 star product but I'm knocking a star off for the lack of the large chamois cloth.

Excellent Product!! Does what it says on the tin. Comes with two ( one Large and one small) microfibre cloth. The spray clean bottle would last at least a year. Just one single spurt of the cleaning liquid is good for a single clean of iPad Screen. Also, there are 12 travel wipes and a small thin blue cloth to carry neatly with the iPad. Cleaning liquid works well on LCD screens (Laptop, TV etc ) as well. Update, Its been 10 months+ and I have been extremely satisfied with the result.

All the free cloths that come with it are really handy. And it does clean well - but not entirely streak free, if I’m honest. I can’t help but feel I’d have rather not had so many travel sachets and cloths for a cheaper price tag.

Against my better judgement, I purchased this for a customer who insists on only using Apple endorsed products on his Mac's. There's nothing wrong with it per se and it does the job but there is nothing special about it. There are lots of other less expensive screen cleaning kits that will do the same job just as well. Save your money and buy one of those instead!

Not used this yet but an Apple recommendation must count for something, I suppose its a little expensive but then expensive kit needs looking after after all these days you get what you pay for.

Not very happy with this item! Done evertything it says on the info help book what comes with the item and all it's doing is showing up marks all over my new iMac screen! And it won't come off when i keep running on the screen. So i'm not going to be using this stuff any more.

You get a lot more than you bargained for. When I first purchased this screen cleaner I didn't pay attention to the volume of liquid you get. Previous types of screen cleaner that I have tried have usually come in 50ml bottles with a cloth. This comes with 240ml of cleaning fluid, a load of travel wipes and not just one but three cloths. In terms of vape for money this is amazing. The main bottle stay in my office desk, and has been used to clean all of the computers, tablets, phones and TV's in the house. Just a couple of light spays on a section of the micro fibre cloth is enough to remove even the most stubborn of c=kids fingerprints from any screen. The cleaner and the cloth work perfectly together, and a simple wipe across the screen from side to side with minimum pressure is enough to give your screens a show room finish, devoid of streaks and smears. The travel wipes have been spilt up between by messenger bag for work and my camera bag. These disposable wipes have the same powerful but delicate cleaning solution impregnated in them, and they do wonders. I have no problem using them to keep my camera lenses in tip top smear free condition. There are cheaper brands out there, but don't be fooled by the price, this is probably the best cleaning solution I have used in terms of performance, and the best overall package in terms of value for money. You will have months if not years of screen cleaning from this product.

This product is amazing. It cleans my phone, iPad, and mac book to a like new condition. Would recommend and it is such a large quantity, it will last forever. Would be great in an office setting.

This is a nice starter kit for anyone wanting to try the iKlear line. Mine came with one large 8 oz bottle of the iKlear spray, six small singles to carry in my purse, and three microfiber polishing cloths. The iKlear spray works just like you would expect. The bottle was bigger than I was expecting, which is a plus. The spray bottle makes it tempting to spray directly onto your computer screen, but don't do it! Spray on your cloth instead, then wipe the screen. I've used it on my iMac, iPhone, and iPad and they come nice and clean, and I can't see any scratches. You can actually feel the difference on your touch screen devices; the surface feels slick and new. The little singles packages look like a wet-nap. I haven't used one yet but look forward to having them when I go on vacation. The outer packaging feels tough so I don't think they'll dry out anytime soon. I didn't realize it would come with so many polishing cloths! The large one is generously sized, maybe a foot square at a guess. It has a rougher texture on one side and a smooth texture on the other. I've had good luck using just the smooth side, but I suppose if you have a really dirty screen you could scrub with the rougher side. The two smaller ones have been parceled out to my laptop case and my travel kit with the singles wipes. The packaging says that the cloths are washable, which is nice. The packaging was a plastic clamshell, difficult to open. You'll need sharp scissors. It looks good though and would make a nice gift. I'm very happy with mine.

I dont think these products work that well. To me, it seems like a bottle of water and a rag, nothing more. I believe my bottle of water and a piece of rag would do just about the same as this product, if not more. Dont spend your money on this. Spend wisely.

I've used this on Apple and non-Apple laptops. It works well. Definitely use a lint-free cloth using this stuff. Still use this stuff years later.
