This is the best mouthwash that I have tried for all around breath and mouth health. It was recommended to me by a hygenest several years ago. It is well worth the price!

This is the first mouthwash I’ve used that actually works for bad breath, not just covering it up for an hour or two. If I use it at night before bed and again in the morning, my breath stays fresh all day. I’ve tried dry mouth products, regular mouthwashes, and even some dentist-recommended brands, and nothing really fixed the problem until I tried this. It does feel a little strange at first. There’s a slight bitter or medicinal sensation when you first start using it, and that caught me off guard, but it goes away once your mouth gets used to it. After that, the taste is actually pretty mild and clean, not overly minty or harsh like some mouthwashes that burn your whole mouth. What I like most is that it doesn’t just mask odors, it actually seems to stop whatever causes the smell in the first place. I don’t wake up with that nasty morning breath anymore, which is honestly the biggest test for me. If bad breath is something you struggle with and regular mouthwash hasn’t helped, this is absolutely worth trying. It worked almost immediately for me, and now it’s something I use every day.

If you have gum issues, this stuff is for you. I've tried lots of stuff, including prescription mouthwashes to heal an area of inflamed gums . Nothing worked. I tried Smartmouth DDS and after a few days, the inflammation started going away and the burning and pain associated with it also diminished. The key here is to use it faithfully. As far as the breath claims...it works! No bad breath for almost the entire day and when you wake up, no morning breath. The only drawback to the breath issue is this will leave a funny taste in your mouth all day. Not really right after using it but hours later, it tends to leave a taste in your mouth that is so-so. Now for the bad...the delivery system is horrible. It is almost impossible to pour equal amounts of this stuff just by turning the bottle over. It will just spill all over the place. I've resorted to holding my finger over 1 port while I pour the other liquid and vice versa. At least I am getting an equal portion of each liquid with no waste. Finally, this stuff is WAY too expensive and will probably prohibit me from continuing this every day as you only get 16oz per container for $13.

Best mouthwash. I never wake up with bad breath. Also, I can eat garlic or onions any time. Just rinse with this, and bad breath disappears.

The only mouth wash we will ever use again. It doesn’t temporarily mask odor, it KILLS it…ALL DAY! Garlic breath, morning breath, coffee breath, just general bad breath, this is the answer.
