Ive owned this for 2 months and taken it on a couple trips now, and I have to say I’m super impressed with it! It heats up quickly, and the reservoir is big enough to do a couple wrinkles blouses or pants before needing to refill. I love the dry iron feature as well. It does not sputter or spit out any water, and I honestly like it better than my full-size Rowenta that cost 5 times more. It comes with convenient travel accessories as well. I’ve since purchased a couple more to give as gifts, I love this so much! I tried to record a video but it was hard to steam with one hand, so I posted an after photo. Took less than a minute!

I have been using this for a while now before listing items on Poshmark and it works to make them look pretty as a spot de-wrinkler the proof is in the pudding here today when I’m on my second round of water and this silk blouse is nowhere near wrinkle free after a hand wash. I’d say it’s good for the portables of it (as advertised) and like that it works as an iron or steamer but if you really need to get the wrinkles out this isn’t the steamer for you.

This is exactly what I was looking for! Easy to use and gets the job done. It irons out the most stubborn wrinkles in a timely manner. I reached out to the company for a problem that I was having (user error). Jaina was super responsive and helped me work through my problem. I couldn't be more pleased with their customer service.

I have tried many travel steamers, but this is by far the best travel steamer that I’ve owned. Although it is not light, it is worth packing as it does a fabulous job on your clothes. The nice part is it can be used as an iron as well, so very versatile.

Bought this as i travel a lot, and the hotel irons always seem to have something wrong with them or ruin close because someone else ruined the iron. This workes great and gets the wrinkles you much better. Heats extremely fast, and provides a good amount of steam when desired. We'll worth the space it takes in my luggage.

It does hold less water making it easier to use and store. I found this one heat up quicker than my other one. I tried it on my dress shirt that had little wrinkles. Hung my shirt on a hanger on the bathroom door hook and a few passes of the streamer and the wrinkles were gone. It also worked well on my sports coat. I have only tried out the iron feature once on one of my T-shirts and it worked great. It took a little longer as it is a small size but did remove all creases and wrinkles. Overall a good product to have when traveling. Also note, I purchased the Philips steamer for more in cost originally but it underperformed. The Jack & Rose steamer is a top performer in the steamer category and is the best I've ever used, even better than my Conair. The seller confirmed the 2 year warranty as well!

3 months in and steamer just stopped working. All troubleshooting failed. Note: if you buy on Amazon the manufacturer will not issue refused based on the 1 year warranty.

I think this was one of the best irons for travellers. It was simple with multi selections of dry or steam ironing. Simple to use.
