I have a 2020 Softail standard, and it’s such a close fit. The stock bolts work for the backrest bracket, but it will take slight modifications to get the rear seat bolt to the bike to fit properly. Nothing a round file couldn’t fix to oblong the bracket holes to allow movement for the backrest bracket to the seat. Aside from that overall, happy with the product. Would like to see an easy removable option though.

My back is very satisfied after a long ride

This fit perfectly to the bottom of my 2022 Street Bob seat. Would have gotten 5 stars if it was adjustable forward and or backwards. It swivels for back angle, thats all. It locks me in so I don't feel like I am going to fly off the back of my stock seat now with all this 114 engine power. You will use your existing 2 bolts on your seat for this. Looks and feels very durable. Cheap alternative to buying an expensive motorcycle seat. Don't be afraid to buy this product. Ride safe!

It's an aftermarket part so it's tricky to get on. The bracket for the back rest is in the way of getting the stock 19mm hex heads to line up with the threads. You have to push forward really hard on the bracket to get the 19mm to line up right and it's still hitting the bracket. Once you get it threaded down a couple of turns you have to use a 19mm wrench and turn it 1'4 turn because you can't fit a socket over it. You also have to either leave the back seat off or turn it around backwards so you have room to tighten the 19mm with the wrench. You could go to a hardware store and buy a smaller hex head with a washer that would fit right so your passenger seat wouldn't have to be backwards. It was a tricky to get on but I could do another one in about 10 minutes or less. Once you get it secured down it makes it a much more comfortable ride and it's solid. You can actually accelerate full force without having to worry about flying off the back.

This is perfect for my bike. It really makes a difference for my back. I would buy again if needed.
