The quality of the product was good, I liked it very much, I got good product at a low rate and the delivery money was also good, I had to setup it properly, I did not find any problem in connection, but I would like to say one thing It would have been great if they had provided a menu card for setting up. The performance was very good. I even made a song by recording it. The connectivity is also good.

MIC IS DEFECTIVE AND COMPANY IS NOT HONOURING THE WARRANTY
The mic is not working in spite of doing all the connections properly. I have been in contact with the support team, but instead of solving my issue and replacing the full product, they are offering me a part-by-part change until they find a solution. I have informed them that I need this for urgent work and that the issue is no fault of mine. It's been a week and I am yet to receive a working product.
