Wow. This headset is amazing. Once you've got it setup, it's the best thing I've ever tried after almost giving up on Bluetooth headsets for Xbox gaming. Basics: You plug in dongle to the back of the Xbox (not your controller) via USB so the audio is perfect. Two different volume controls, one on each ear. The right one seems like master control and the left one is like your software control. Kind of neat. Mic: The mic retracts into the left ear in case you don't want to talk. There's also a mute button on the left ear but it makes sounds trying to turn it off so people notice. Apparently it's pretty sensitive because I have to keep the mic significantly away from my mouth to not have it pick up. Suppose you could keep it retracted or only pulled out 10%. I like it extended so I can pull it back to talk louder when games get intense. Audio: This headset BUMPS. Legitimate bass and deep tones. I only have 1 pair of studio headphones that beats this and they require a 1/4 jack. I listen to Spotify behind my games and this completely satisfies me. Battery: How did they pull this off? Legitimate 36 hours of use time, I've tested it, with a universal USB C plug and fast charging times? Has to be the best battery life out there at this quality. Feel: Going 4/5 here. It's definitely comfortable and I've done 4 hours straight, but it's not perfect. The material is very pleasant. Overall: This is the one. After 5(?) other purchases of different styles and shapes and whatnot to get wireless chat on Xbox, don't waste your money like I did. Just get this.

My husband loves these. They are way better then his other ones but this is the only brand he gets. His other ones are 5 years old. He loves the sound he loves how you can't hear out side of the ears. He loves the head band it has on it how the mic can be pushed in or out. His old ones went bad cause of the mic taking it off or putting it on or maybe from moving it. This mic on these just goes in the ear or out. Very happy with this going to buy for our son.

They work well. They hurt my head less and than regular headphones but if you wear them all day will start to hurt. Doesn't work if too far away from the bluetooth device it comes with. Doesn't go very far at all. Sound could be better but good enough.

Easy to use

Terrible. Audio constantly desyncs. Constantly cuts out connection causing few second gaps in audio. Design is also terrible. Can't charge while wearing it, so if it goes low charge or runs out, you are out of luck because you have to now wait a few hours until its charged before you have a headset again. Its also uncomfortable, the earpieces are tiny and squeeze the edge of my ears folded to fit inside, causing pain after a while. The sound quality is also pretty abysmal. I can clearly notice a drop in quality from my old steelseries headset. I just can't believe something this badly made has such a good rating here...

FINALLY! A headset that isn't an over-priced exaggerated pile of C**P. These actually do what they claim! They are very light. They fit over the ear, making them very comfortable to wear for long periods of time. "THE SOUND IS FANTASTIC". Unfortunately I have paid A LOT more for headsets that sounded like C**P !!! GET THE DOLBY APP ON YOUR X BOX to go with them" YOU WON'T BE SORRY! I listen to the SPOTIFY APP while I play, and it sounds absolutely beautiful. I haven't had them very long so I don't how strongly they are made, BUT FOR JUST $90 , if I get a year out of a set I'll just keep buying them! Also I have a large head, and they fit great without being stretched to their limits. DOLLAR FOR DOLLAR , BEST FIT, BEST SOUND , GREAT COMFORT, FANTASTIC PRICE !! If you like music while you play or just by itself, TRY THESE BEFORE YOU SPEND HUNDREDS ON OTHER HEADSETS THAT DON'T DELIVER WHAT THEY PROMISE!!!!!!

Phenomenal Headset. Great Range with my PC, battery life is solid, almost a week between charges with 4 to 8 hours of use a day. Charges in like 15 to 20 minutes. Super comfortable, like any steel series headset. Highly recommend this product.
