I had high hopes for the this Cube, but it didn’t quite deliver the fun and smooth experience I expected for the price. While the self-scrambling and self-solving features are cool to watch, they lose their novelty fast. The cube’s learning mode is helpful for beginners, but as someone who’s dabbled in speed cubing, the advanced modes didn’t feel as engaging or challenging as advertised. The built-in timer is a nice touch, but it’s not always perfectly accurate. Another downside is the build quality. For nearly $100, I expected something more solid. Instead, the cube feels a bit flimsy, and the battery life leaves much to be desired. The music feature is more gimmicky than fun, and after hearing it a few times, it gets annoying. It’s a neat gift idea for kids or casual users, but serious puzzle fans might find it underwhelming. For the price, I think there are better smart cubes available.
