Hello, I am writing regarding a **Karaca brand tea maker** purchased via Amazon. From the first day of use, the product has shown **serious malfunctions** and is **completely unusable**. The device **activates itself without any input**, **buttons turn on randomly**, and it even **speaks on its own**. This behavior occurs despite proper installation and correct usage. There is **no user error involved**. The issue is clearly a **manufacturing defect** and also raises **serious safety concerns**. According to consumer protection regulations, defective products entitle the customer to a **full refund**. Therefore, I am formally requesting an **immediate and complete refund of the purchase amount**. I do **not accept repair or replacement**, as the defect is inherent to the product and affects its core functionality. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will proceed with exercising my legal consumer rights through the appropriate channels. I expect this matter to be handled **urgently**. Sincerely,

Making tea is a pleasure and it brews very well and when it is ready it speaks and says your tea is ready. I like it so much worth every penny.

Just after 7 months, we had this issue. We are on process of resolution. Please watch video. Customer service requested a video of failure, hope they can watch through here!

Makes a decent tea if not a little noisy

Disappointed! After just two months of light use, this tea machine stopped working. The bottom is made of flimsy plastic, which feels cheap and unreliable. Not worth the money.

I love my Turkish tea and Coffee for that matter. The other half still likes normal tea and coffee. I set this up to make my favourite tea and the boiling water below does the missus. Best of both worlds. Perfect also for most loose teas and filter coffee. One bit of advice though only use water you would drink normally or filter tap water.

I have used this now for a month to make tea. This is a short review of my experience using as a tea maker. It works fine to boil and make tea. Background voice in Turkish I have disabled it. I am happy with tea maker function in general. Three plus for functionality. But I gave this tea maker two minus: One for the tea pot water tank water level indicator. The indicator is useless. You can’t see the water level in the tea water tank, the indicator glass is too dark to be able to see what is going on there. The other minus is for the tea pot . It is not practical to hand wash it when the tea pot lid is not removable.
