Ideal for Turkish tea

Hello, I am writing regarding a **Karaca brand tea maker** purchased via Amazon. From the first day of use, the product has shown **serious malfunctions** and is **completely unusable**. The device **activates itself without any input**, **buttons turn on randomly**, and it even **speaks on its own**. This behavior occurs despite proper installation and correct usage. There is **no user error involved**. The issue is clearly a **manufacturing defect** and also raises **serious safety concerns**. According to consumer protection regulations, defective products entitle the customer to a **full refund**. Therefore, I am formally requesting an **immediate and complete refund of the purchase amount**. I do **not accept repair or replacement**, as the defect is inherent to the product and affects its core functionality. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will proceed with exercising my legal consumer rights through the appropriate channels. I expect this matter to be handled **urgently**. Sincerely,

bought on February 19 and were happy with the purchase, but today is May 16 and it stopped heating the water, although the indicators are on and functioning. used it correctly and took care of it, disappointed in the quality? hoping for a replacement under warranty

This is by far the worst product I have purchased over the last 10 years. I originally bought this for my wife as a Christmas present. She loved it, as I don’t drink tea she could make as much or as little Turkish tea as she liked. It lasted a week, so we returned it and ordered another one. As soon as we filled up this one it leaked everywhere. Sent it back again. Steer well clear of this company. Terrible, absolutely terrible.

It looks nice and works, but the extras over the 3in1 seem non functional to me. Essentially a coffee drip machine has been attached to the back of it so that you can slowly brew tea at the "right" (fixed) temperature. I'm not sure this is any better than having a thermostat for the boiling water and just pouring it (there are only two settings for the kettle - 40 degrees and boiling). It even has a basket for drip coffee brewing, but you are obliged to boil the main kettle before starting the drip, which I think means they want you to brew a concentrated coffee to dilute after. For these extra functions, you have to sacrifice the lid to the kettle, making plain boiled water a faff. Karaca do not stock spare parts that they are willing to sell.
