I have bought Uni ball pens for years and have always been very satisfied. I have purchased several packs of the Uni ball Jetstream pens as I prefer writing with fine tip and usually order either the 0.5 or 0.35. They write smooth and never skip, which is what I look for. This is my first time getting the Uni ball One pens and in my opinion, they don't compare. There is drag on the paper and they skip often. If these things don't bother you though, they are comfortable pens to write with and the ink color is very dark.
