Propel powder packets are my daily hydration hack, and the Kiwi Strawberry flavor is elite. I’ve tried just about every hydration mix out there, but I always come back to this one. Theses are so easy to use just pour in water bottle and go. The taste is great and it’s worth the money. Cheaper than that kind bottled drinks

The flavor is GREAT! I am on a diuretic & also a diabetic, this throws my sugar levels off & makes me get bad muscle spasms in lots 9f muscles in my body bc my electrolytes are almost depleted. This is wonderful bc it's sugar-free and is easy to add to ice water to level out electrolyte imbalances! I just wish the seller would have it readily available to purchase & ship quickly. They need to do better! I highly recommend this product as it comes in a variety of flavors. Grape happens to be my favorite!!

In addition to adding these to my water to re-hydrate after a workout....I make sure I have these in case I get sick. They are GREAT for hydration.. I got sick a couple years ago, and on Day 2, I was bored with just water, so added a packet to my water, because I just really wanted the flavor. I could not believe, that in just 1 hour...I felt SO MUCH BETTER. And while it didn't cure my cold, I totally believe that it sped up the recovery. The taste is so good, not over powering. And thankfully no sugar. I've never had any that didn't dissolve. There are other options out there, and they are good -- but my default is Propel, in terms of quality and knowing there is a perfect balance in terms of the ingredients needed to re-hydrate.

I'm hooked on Propel! In an attempt to give up the unhealthy sodas & drinks, & drink more water, I decided to pick up some Propel. Plain water is very boring to me, so as I started my diet, I looked for a flavored water that did not have sugars, or aspartame. I've been buying the premade bottles of Propel for about 2 months now & I think I've tried every flavor they make. While shopping on Amazon Pantry, I saw the powder packets & decided to give them a try. I was happy that they tasted the same as the Kiwi Strawberry I had been buying in the bottles. Cost wise, they are cheaper than buying the premade bottles, & its easy enough to mix them yourself. I've attached a photo of the packets & the side of the box that list the ingredients & info. The packets are handy to take with you in your pocket or purse, & if you have a bottled water, you can just pour the packet in, reattach the cap, & shake. Mixes up well & tastes really great. Does not leave an aftertaste, & its a subtle flavor. I was worried it would taste too much like Kiwi, but its a light blend of kiwi & strawberrry- very refreshing flavor. This is one of my favorite propel flavors.

Propel grape powder is delicious and easy to take on the go.

I’m not a big fan of sugar free anything. But needed electrolyte packets for the go that are affordable. I’m always struggling with dehydration, and dry mouth. Propel surprised me . Taste was good not the weird aftertaste you expect. It was slight but doable . One packet for 16oz water still had grape flavor that I enjoyed . Was not overly sweet just enough to quench thirst and not leave you dry mouth.
