Likewise the included Paperport CD did not like to update the previous issue and i had to ...
This was to be used with a Windows 10 PC and i had to download the rivers etc from the web site rather than the supplied CD. Likewise the included Paperport CD did not like to update the previous issue and i had to go into the CD directories and physically launch the app rather than follow the automatic "launch and install application". These hiccups aside the actual scanner works fine fro what i wanted - scanning old photos into digital format.
