This is a great cooking rack, I used it on my Christmas Turkey and it worked great. The nonstick coating made cleanup fast and easy. I love roasting birds like turkey, duck, and chicken. and this is great for roasting them it holds them up and out of any juice or oil that comes from the bird. I would recommend this rack to anyone looking for a roasting rack.

I ordered this to roast a turkey for Christmas dinner, it worked fabulously. It is made of heavy duty, non-stick material. My "bird" roasted 360 degrees. It's easy to manipulate because of the handles and the heavy gauge material gives you assurance of stability and easy of movement. I cooked a 23lb. bird and there was room to spare on the rack. And I'm looking to use it for other meats to roast such as pork loin, ham, lamb and beef roasts. This rack will do the job, it met all of my expectations and then some. Excellent product and price.

This is a true "V" rack, so the configuration is perfect for lifting a turkey, chicken, or roast up from the bottom of the pan to allow better browning. This is especially important with deeper, larger roasting pans. The weight of the metal is fine, but the non-stick coating does chip-off. This rack, in solid stainless steel (not chrome plated) would be the ideal rack. I would recommend spraying the rack with cooking spray rather than completely depending on the non-stick coating.

Bought this to use in a 12 by 17" shallow roaster that has a flat rack in it. I like to roast turkey breast side down for at least half the time needed. Turkey MUCH less dry this way. The "V" shape will support the bird, but not too steep for when I flip bird over. (Did I just say 'flip the bird"? Oh, you know I did not mean it that way! Very glad I have this rack. And it was not costly and is very sturdy.

The black coating that is to protect from sticking comes off with cleaning. I used a nylon sponge after soaking in soapy water and saw that it was coming off. Don't recommend this item since it has false pretenses.

I bought this primarily for smoking baby back ribs on my big green egg (using car wash mike's method, google it). It's well designed and works well - right shape and size to either use as a roaster, or to turn upside down and use for ribs. However, after only a handful of uses over a few months, the finish has worn off and it's rusted in places. I will admit, like my grill grates etc. I don't always clean it off immediately after use (so has some grease on it) and I store it outside ... yes this is hard on things, but the product description mentions it can be used for BBQ (and many of us in warm climates store our grill gear outside). I still give it 3 stars because it's cheap, so I shouldn't expect a top notch long lasting finish. Bottom line - in my opinion, this would work fine for indoor roasting type stuff in the oven (i.e. turkey), although I would be sure to clean it soon after with mild detergent. However, because of the finish I would not recommend this product if you're looking for something to use on your outdoor grill/BBQ/smoker.

I have used this since ordering it for a turkey, several chickens and a filet of beef. It is exactly right for turkey - sturdy and properly shaped. If you want to use it for smaller pieces of meat where you might be putting other items into the oven on a different shelf, take its height into consideration. It is well made and easily cleaned. I bought the rack to replace the original one that came with my roasting pan which had gotten quite worn. I’m very pleased with the new one. It’s very sturdy and exactly the right size for my pan. Not counting the handles, it measures 10” X 13”.

The injector is my secret to the best family turkey do not tell anyone lol I melt the butter with seasoning salt, garlic powder etc and inject it every 30 minutes shhhh…

Excellent size for lifting ducks, chickens and turkeys. Excellent design if one wants to put potatoes and/or veg in the same pan.

Works as advertised but this is peeling and getting on my food. Would buy stainless steel instead
