The shampoo that works
I'm 74 years old my hair is falling out and when I used the shampoo and conditioner my hair was soft and shiny and no tangles. My comb went right through my hair with ease. And I like how my hair smelled too.

Ingredients are awesome
I love the texture of both products and the scent is amazing. The product made my hair really soft and brought out my curly texture. I will rate again after using the product for a month.

Amazing product to thicken-strengthen-grow hair and
I was using Routine for last 3 years, it’s not bad but I was still losing hair. Once I switched to Botana I definitely noticed my hair getting longer, I noticed it more in the crown area where it barely grew before it was all baby hair before. The hair loss slowed down I still experience it but not bad as it was before. I love the smell. Oh I forgot to mention it doesn’t dry out the hair like Routine did.

To thick for bottle
Smells really good. However the conditioner has no slip and it is way to thick for the bottle and pump. It needs to be in a jar where you can use your hands to use it instead of the pump.

Great Product… BUT!
One pump of the shampoo and lather is everywhere! This will last quite a while for me! I really like this product! The smell is delicious and it left my 4c hair soft not dry like I’ve read in other reviews. BUT the conditioner was a struggle because the pump malfunctioned. The conditioner is really thick, which is fine, but it came out of the neck of the pump first and then out of the pump (see photo). It was a struggle but I got enough out for this session. Customer service was gracious enough to accept a return and issue a refund. I am willing to buy it again IF they’ll do some quality control, fix this issue and confirm it’s fixed in their product description. Otherwise, I’ll move on because I shouldn’t have to fight with a bottle to condition my hair. #3stars
