I really like this car diffuser. The scent smells clean and not chemical or overpowering, which was important to me. It turns on automatically when you start driving, and it gives off a good amount of scent without being too strong. I’ve had a few people tell me my car smells good since using it, so that’s a win. The only downsides are that you do have to keep it charged, but I just plug it into my phone charger when I’m not in the car and it hasn’t been a problem. It also takes up a little space on the center console, so keep that in mind if you’re tight on space. Overall, it’s easy to use, smells nice, and feels like a cleaner, non-toxic option compared to most car air fresheners.

This is a must have for the car! Love the scents and the fact you can place on different settings. I would recommend to anyone, and I also bought one for my daughter!

AVOID THIS PRODUCT - Multiple Device Failures & Abysmal Customer Service I've been a Pura subscriber since August, initially drawn to what seemed like a premium car fragrance solution. What started as a great experience has devolved into complete frustration and wasted money. The Problems Keep Multiplying Device Failure Issues: After 6 months, my original diffuser stopped recognizing scent cartridges entirely Despite following ALL troubleshooting steps (squeezing cartridge sides, reinstalling, etc.), the device would only show "unknown" cartridge Purchased a replacement unit on Amazon thinking my kids broke the first one Plot twist: The new unit is WORSE - won't recognize cartridges at all unless you physically hold and squeeze the sides while it's running Customer Service Nightmare Multiple attempts to resolve through every channel: Phone support ✓ Chat support ✓ Email support ✓ Each time, same useless response: "squeeze the sides of the cartridge." I had to provide photo and video evidence that their "solution" doesn't work. Six months later, still no real resolution. The Final Straw: Ordered cartridge replacements in early May - never delivered. Customer support chat was "too busy" and forced me to email. Sent detailed email about missing $35 order. Complete radio silence for over a month. Let's Talk Value When you're paying $30+ for a diffuser plus $15/month for fragrances, you expect: Products that actually work Responsive customer support Basic order fulfillment Instead, I'm averaging $30/month on a car air freshener system that barely functions and a company that ghosts paying customers. Bottom Line One working device out of three attempts is not acceptable for a "premium" product. The only reason this isn't zero stars is that my wife's unit still works (for now). Save your money and sanity - there are countless reliable car air fresheners that don't require a monthly subscription and actually work. RUN. AWAY.

The item has been plugged in and used in our vehicle for since late 2024. It still works fine, on subtle - I feel the fragrances are absolutely fine. It fits in our 3rd seat cup holder and plugs into a USB-A with no issues. It's discrete and easy to pair and use with the app. Scents last ~3-6months depending on variable use. If you can get your hands on this model, it's worth it. imo.

Great aesthetic and scents, although it isn’t strong enough from what I experienced. Just learned there is a pro option that is cordless as well for $30 more. Great product, just wish the scents were stronger!

The first one I ordered did not work but it was replaced right away and works great. This is the 3rd one of these we have in our cars. The cartridges are a bit expensive.

Works great but you have to have it plugged in constantly for it to work which it’s kinda a bummer.

Does it give off a good scent? Yes. Does it start and stop when the car is in motion as advertised. Not at all. It turns on and off randomly and always defaults to the highest setting (way too strong). I just have to unplug it when I leave the car. This is the dumbest smart diffuser.

I do not find there is much scent from this. Save your money.
