I like
I have the mixed berry and the elderberry. I am trying the elderberry now and it's very good sweet taste. I wonder if the sweet taste is sugar that may take away from the benefits not sure just wondering

Delicious and healthy? Go figure!
Hubby has been trying to get me to try sea moss. But, he uses large capsules that my system will not fully absorb. Gave is product a try and it is delicious. Sweetened subtlety brings an enjoying flavor experience to the tastebuds. I enjoy spreading my “recommended dosage” over a slice of low carb, buttered toast like I would a jelly (which I can no longer eat). I highly recommend this.

Too thick & small jar
It's too thick 😩 but it taste great. I like the ones that has a consistency like applesauce
