That product "cooked" my hair perfectly!! Its a bit liquid so I was a bit apprehensive but wow!! I never thought the day where my hair gets defeated would come! Lol It relaxed my hair amazingly with no burn, no strong smell and made it so smooth. I highly recommend this relaxer! 10/10

Listen to the bad reviews. I dont know wtf this is but ive used relaxers for 20 years, never have i had a result like this. My hair texture was more relaxed before this. My hair has been turned stiff tough and dry. I straightened it on 180 and my hair burnt away immediatley. Scared to touch the rest. I washed it again 2 days later, its not as stiff but very frizzy and dry. 😪 just DONT BUY THIS PLEASE!!!!!! Update... its just getting worse and worse. I hadr haur past my shouldere it now doesnt even reach my earlobe 😖

Tried this product for the first time to replace my usual Dark and Lovely relaxer. Overall good results but as with my usual relaxer, my hair was left really dry and potentially brittle so you really need to apply moisturiser. The gloves you get with this are the biggest I’ve ever seen, no one has hands that big so it’s worthwhile getting your own gloves. Product update This is the second time I’ve bought this item and I’ve noticed that there is significantly less product in the tub than last time. I have long Afro hair and the quantity would not cover my entire head of hair. After my second time using this product, my hair is left dry and brittle so would not recommend.

Easy to follow instructions

Coming from someone with a rubbery stiff hair(think 4C hair but dry, super stiff, i have to drench my hair with leave in conditioner otherwise comb cant even penetrate). This relaxer took me from stiff afro to straight in 15mins with no burn or pain. My initial plan(cos no relaxer has ever relaxed my hair in a single application) was to texturize with first application, then after few weeks il apply another one to finally straighten my hair out. But girllllll, 15mins in and my thick afro hair was flatttttt and straightened! You may need to get 2 packs depending on ur hair thickness. Also for those complaining that it hurts, first of all, DO NOT disturb your scalp atleast a few days to relaxing(No scratching, washing, braiding etc)....I relaxed my hair myself....
