Case fits perfectly. I has to increase the touch sensitivity on my tablet to use the included screen protector, but after the settings update, it works great.

I bought 2 of these for brand new tablets for my 6 and 7 year old sons, and it has been fantastic. Right away, I could tell it was built to last—the heavy-duty design feels really solid without making the tablet too bulky. The screen protector does a great job keeping the display safe without messing with touch sensitivity. I also love the rotating stand—it’s super convenient for watching videos or propping it up while playing. The hand strap makes it easy to hold for long periods, and the shoulder strap is surprisingly useful when I need them to carry it around. (Helps keep them from dropping it as well!) The green and blue color looks even better in person, and overall, I feel like my tablet is well protected. Definitely a great buy if you want something sturdy and practical! Good fit, no problems installing

The cases fit beautifully! Super easy to install over the tablets! And the grip on the back is so nice for maintaining a hold on the tablet so it is less likely dropped. The previous tablets did not have cases as good as these and had all kinds of damage. THESE are FAR more protective and will withstand the roughness of my active children!

I added the SEYMAC case on the A8 10" the day I received it two years ago. It protected the tablet through several flights in checked baggage. Through a couple accidental drops and a spill or two. I upgraded from A8 10" to A9 11". If It wasn't for the different size I would have just moved the old case to the new tablet. My only complaint is the camera slot on the screen protector allows dust and debris to gather under the screen. I have to take it apart to clean under it every now and then. Fortunately the A9 11" case installation is intuitive, and I had plenty of practice with the older case. The instructions are not that helpful to someone with poor eyesight. Small print and diagrams. The shoulder strap connectors came preinstalled this time. Making it easier. Although I only used the shoulder strap once in two years on my old one. Still, it's a nice option. The revolving kickstand is stable horizontally, but vertically it gets a little wobbly. The adjustable handle is great. Especially when reading. It's nice to be able to rest it on you hand instead of getting cramps grasping on to the edges. Not sure if it's the tablet or the case, or both, but it is lighter than the old A8 version. I would, and have, recommended this case to my friends.
