Works awesome with programmer
This thing worked perfectly with a programmer I bought from Amazon that only came with 1 fob

Needs Techstream software or other professional scan tool to program.
Works well on 2012 Lexus RX450h. Need to use Techstream software to program or other professional scan tool.

2 Keys Registered… requires ScanTool or TechStream
Registered 2 of these to my 2011 RX450h vehicle today. You have to have a capable ScanTool or TechStream in order to Register the key. Takes < 5 Min. There are a couple videos showing the registration process on YouTube, try searching “Program key FOB remote Lexus”. The mechanical metal key has to be taken to a locksmith that will match it to an original key that you have.

Did NOT work on 2011 ct200h
Says on listing it works with 2011 CT200H. My lock smith tried for an hour to get it to program. Would only unlock doors but wouldn’t start vehicle

Ordered Two; Only One Worked.
The one that keyless remote that worked was good worked great. The company asked me to return the second fob for a replacement, which has been done at this time. Hoping my replacement will get here soon as I need that extra key for a family member that will be visiting in a week.

Works on my Lexus.
I used this for my 2013 Lexus RX450h. My locksmith was able to program it while I waited and it works just as well as the factory unit.
