Stopped my feet from burning
I use the patches on my feet at night as I have neuropathy that results in burning pains on the soles of my feet. Almost every night I had been awakened by the burning despite the fact that I was using a battery powered massage unit on my feet as well as a lidocaine lotion at bedtime. I recently started using the patches on the soles of my feet and it has made a remarkable difference for me as I have been able to sleep through the night without pain. I cut the patches in half and place half on the front of my sole and the other half on my heel. They generally stay in place all night.
