Great!
I was a little hesitant to order sight unseen, because yeast will expire, but it came in with an expiration date of 2022. I was very surprised and much impressed. I'd use them again!

Expiration date is about a year from receipt.
Have baked my bread and see no problems.

Dead yeast?
The first two packets did not activate. The third did but not by much. We will see how the rest will do.
