Great for display in health expos and as visuals for coaching clients
These are great visuals for what fat and muscle look like in your body. I love that you can hold them and they aren’t in a display case. I got them to use at a health expo but I find that I often use them to show clients the difference in how they take up space in your body. It’s really effective.

A great display
This is a great way to show my clients the difference between fat and muscle. Size weight and shape is about as realistic as two hunks of silicon can be. Wonderful for Personal Trainers, Health Coaches, Dietitians, Doctors, and Nutritionist for clients and patients.
