Hated it. The idea seems good but very uncomfortable on. My arms were sore.

I wanted to like it. It does pull your shoulders back and down which is what I need in a brace, but it cutoff circulation under my armpits so much that I lost feeling in my arm and hand. I could not put my hands flat at my sides with this brace on. Perhaps the medium size would work better. I am a small framed woman, 110 lbs, 31in chest.

Size small is way too small and I'm tiny. But amazon is great for working with returns.

I shopped quite a few braces for posture before ultimately deciding on this one. I'm glad I took the time to read reviews -- this thing is fantastic. As other reviewers have said, if this brace is cutting off your arm circulation you're either wearing a size that's way too small or you've allowed your shoulders to slump forward. It's gonna be uncomfortable - I received mine yesterday and I couldn't wear it for more than 1.5 hours divided into 3 separate 30 minute uses. By the time I got to bed my back muscles were screaming with protest, which just goes to show how much work I have ahead of me to retrain my muscles. As uncomfortable as it is, it also feels really great. My neck and upper back feel much less fatigued even with how sore they are, which speaks volumes about what correct posture will do for neck pain. Interestingly, I'm already finding it easier to "snap" into better posture when I slump forward. Going to increase the wear time for a couple months. Will update on results.

My only complaint is the color. It's blue. I didn't even think to look at the color as I assumed it would be black. Comfort wise it is good. I have both a small and medium size as I sometimes don't want to undress to put it on. Having a medium sized on hand as well allows me to throw it on over my clothes if I am in a hurry. Very helpful for Chronic pain.

Seems good, but it doesn't fit petite body frames or thin people very well.

Easy to get into but hurts my under arm area after 10 minutes...does seem to relieve some back pain, if it wasn't for the under arm discomfort it would be 5 stars.

I wanyed this to stabilize my shoulders. Didn't work as expected. Should be more durable. It ripped on one of seams after a few uses.
