It is the best machine I have ever used, I am using electric sewing machine from last 10 yrs of another brand and now I wanted to change the brand, so I bought Singer's, the best part of it for me that it stitches stretchable fabric without any problem and it has many designs.....so, 10/10 from me, GO FOR IT WITHOUT HASITATION.....

The most helpful thing is that step by step online youtube videos are available foe ur help..

Not costumer friendly.
Product is good but . Needle breaks easily in few days . If you need to buy new needle you can only use singer company needle which is extremely too expensive . If we use other needle machine gets struck. And costumer support is worst

Excellent sewing machine
Excellent sewing machine. Very easy to use. Has lots of design options. Got this for great price of 13.3k.

Not fitted properly.
Machine had a Manufacturing Defect, 1 of the plastic piece wasn't fitted properly. Because of that machine was making a very loud noise when running. But I cought on that and fixed it myself now running smoothly.. But seriously didn't expect this level of carelessness from a premium machine.
