At random items started jamming then it died after a few days. Destroyed some very expensive documents worth more than the cost of the laminator. I regret ever buying the Vevor brand it makes junk!! Opened it up and found a connector was never pushed in right. They even "glued" it in place crooked with white RTV. Then found why it was jamming up and destroyed my documents. They built it wrong, at the exit is two stamped steel plates supposed to guide the document to exit centered but one was bent and had NO screw on the end. The bent piece was scraping on the roller and why the laminations catched and jammed on the black plastic housing as it was supposedto exit. Vevor must not have any quality control as all three items were easy to see after I opened it.. I've heard bad stuff about the Vevor brand being just cheap copies of good products and this product proves it. Sad you must repair their products to fix poor quality and poor manufacturing!!
