Extremely good quality product. Can be easily and inconspicuously carried in pocket as it is very lightweight and small & thin in size. To top it up the transfer speeds are fast and it doesn’t heat up like my other similar drives.

This external ssd is best for gaming purposes just plug and play. And one more thing the Quality and Speed is too good I used it for 2 hours but it didn't heat up. Looks are good and value for money

The SSD is quite small n cute ,performs well enough and I tried transferring file size of around 5gb ,the work done in 25s . So far no issues , can work around with OS files, useful for programming,can store large data bases with efficient n fast file transfer. The 1050 Mbps per second may vary depending upon USB ports of mobile,tab & windows as well as Iphone/ Mac devices. It slightly warms up in neglible amounts but no issues other than that. The functionality is satisfactory for mediocre & high end users selectively for gamers,content creators & people who use large DB. And lastly ,the price is affordable and it feels like we own usb otg or mini pendrive in our hands. It doesn't has direct NVMe connection,but houses it internally instead works with usbc gen 2 also same with DDR 3 . It's portable , durable compared to HDD but again it depends on individual requirements and tasks.

Why did I purchase Crucial 2TB X9? VALUE FOR MONEY Price Factor. 9.5k after cashback in Amazon Festival Discounts. Checked the performance. Read, Write, Direct Video Play to Sony LED TV. Very compact & light Glucose Buiscuit Size, no heating after long hours of use. I give 5 out of 5 overall Ratings Quality Performance. And I can recommend both External SSD 2TB T7 Samsung and X9 Crucial for storage. Why do I avoid 4TB? Because full 2TB SSD takes longer time to read and play on old Sony LED TV in USB 3.0 Blue Socket. If you have old AVI Video File Extension. Download VLC and MX Media Player fron Google Play Store. Sony built in media player won't play and read AVI files but only mp4 and mkv files. It works perfect on Samsung Galxy S23 Ultra to play and transfer files folders. Also works on windows 11 and Macbook Laptops. Another Blessings: You don't need HDD Media Player anymore to play video files. Direct Play to your LED TV who has USB 3.0 or higher. Go to TV showroom with your external SSD and USB CtoC cable and USB C to A cable for old models and check play before buying TV set of Google TV / Android TV OS required.

The 1050 MB/s speed will be achieved only using USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port or Thunderbolt ports. My Asus Vivobook 16X K3605ZF has USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C port so I was getting half the speeds!! But still 4 stars because I transferred 20GB files within 2 minutes. The size is quite compact. Only the claim of 1050 MB/s is not mentioned with the required condition!!

Good Read / write speed didn't expect this much (btw I'm using USB 3.2 Gen 2 compatible laptop ) Didn't feel much heat while using it. Received only type c to type c cable, if they provide extra type c to type A cable it would be even better. Amazon packaging could have been better, received half opened cover over it given the price, a sturdy box will be needed for such delicate products.
