Best alternative to fresh
This is wonderful for Thai curries. It removes all the harshness of the spice mix without imparting the odd flavour you get from canned coconut milk. But don’t use tap water for your curry. It no longer contains chlorine in a form that can be boiled away. Use mineral or spring - you don’t need much

Worst coconut oil ever bought
This has to be the worst organic coconut oil I ever bought, I don't know if it's a one off but my organic coconut oil was rubbery and pasty like ,almost impossible to use
