I bought this to help the wife with her medical issues and she loves it. It has already eased her complaint somewhat and will no doubt help with future developments. This cushion fits all of our chairs, indoors and out so will make her comfort so much better. She is very happy with everything about it. The donut is well made and the memory foam gives it a high quality feel whilst the fabric is a firm fit yet soft enough for her comfort without generating any overly hot spots. Highly recommended.

I've suffered many years with lower back pain and this cushion certainly helps relieve the pain somewhat. It's easy to use simply position where you want it and sit on it. The bottom has anti slip bobbles so you can use it on any surface. It's really comfortable and just firm enough to give support and relief in equal measures. It's fits on my office chair, sofa and chair at the kitchen table so versatile and portable. It also has a removable cover if you need to wash it ... All in all a great cushion for the money.

Really happy with this purchase. I have to sit for 7 hours on a hard plastic chair for college and was suffering with coxyxx pain. This ring is a game-changer. It takes the pressure off that area entirely. It doesn't sink too much. I read the other reviews which is why i decided to go with this one. I agree , it will only really deliver if you are using it on a hard surface and not on couch or a soft chair. I have recommended this to fellow students who are also complaining about the hard chairs we are sitting on.

very comfortable, good design

I bought this after I got an I&D for an abscess as I was having difficulty sitting but the shape of this was not the most comfortable. It gave me some relief but not as comfortable as I had expected.

I bought this shortly after giving birth to my son due to severe coccyx pain, he is now 8 weeks old and I'm still using it.The material is of good quality, soft, with a removable cover so you can wash it and the cushion itself is quite firm giving you the sufficient support that you need. It also has indented areas on the tail bone and legs to help with the effectiveness of releiving pressure off your coccyx.I use this everyday and it has not lost the tone in the cushion. I have a fabric sofa however I believe this would be suited to a leather sofa as well as there are mini grips on the bottom to help stop it sliding around. I would recommend this product to roegnant ladies/post natal mothers and also elderly or anyone that suffers with lower back problems.

My wife is currently hospital recovering from a spinal fusion. She has other complications which make it painful to sit in a chair for long periods as required for recovery. I was told that the hospital no longer uses 'donut' cushions.This cushion is a redesign of the traditional foam rubber design, being made of memory foam it soon moulds itself to the user and forms a reliable support for the patient. It is well made and has a zipped vellour cover and comes with well written instructions.

The cushion is a bit hard at first, takes some getting used to but after a couple of days it is quite comfortable, it absolutely keeps you in an upright position and keeps you in perfect posture, I have definitely realised how much I slouch and this cushion has really put that right, I am sitting in a much better position now and my lower back pain is very much improved. Just make sure you unwrap and leave the cushion to adjust to your room temperature as it will feel even harder if you don't. After just a few days I wouldn't be without it now.
