Bought for wife who has ice in every drink. I’ll admit was skptical cause always used ice cube trays but now I use it myself and is so easy to use and saves so much time. The quality Is amazing. Is quite aswell so can’t hear it. Makes the ice really fast and have different sizes options aswell. All and all is amazing value for money. Only improvement would make is a holder for the ice cube scoop that comes with it.

Having seen on holiday with family a similar, but more industrial ice maker I was impressed. On arriving home I decided to do some research and look at getting one. Needless to say, it's a minefield. But, having read reviews, and deciding I would prefer a stainless steel version, I settled on this. My expectations were exceeded. It starts producing ice after about 6 or 7 minutes. The first batch....it makes 9 per batch....we're thin. However, once it got into it's stride, from then on, the ice 'bullets' were reasonably substantial. I decided on using store bought water, rather than tap...my choice...and emptying the basket into a freezer bag, and putting it in the fridge, between cycles. A 2 litre bottle of water produces about 2kg of ice, and takes a couple of hours. I am delighted with this unit, it's reasonable quiet, looks and feels a good quality and seems efficient.

A very efficient little ice maker. When filled to the mark it makes an extensive amount of ice to easily fill an ice bucket. My only issue would be that when it says add water there is actually 300ml (over half pint) of water left that would make at least 18 to 27 more small ice cubes. It also means that after every use you need to drain the unit as that is far to much water to leave in the machine for a couple of days. Several pros, one con!

My kids (and I have to say parents to a lesser degree) use a lot of ice and I never knew the things existed. We don’t have this feature on our freezer. They are a tadge small but not awful and my kids store them up and put them in the freezer. Couldn’t be happier with this product 👍

UPDATE: Ice maker stopped making ice. Now it's not an ice maker at all.... Ice maker worked great, nuggets were more square than we expected, but the size is perfect. Speed of ice making was amazing. Cleaning ice maker was easy enough, integral part of our kitchen.

I really wanted a GE Profile Opal 2.0 but the cost and the fact that they are 110v put me off. I settled on this EUHOMY and I am glad I did, it makes excellent nugget ice quickly. It is easy to fill and easy to clean. I have only used it in cooler weather so cannot say how the summer heat will effect it but in November and December the ice lasts in the basket for a long time without melting . It takes bout 8 to 10 minutes for the ice to start coming out and the basket fills in about 30 minutes. I put the finished ice in a zip lock bag and put it in the freezer. It takes about 2 hours to fill 2 large bags. The machine shuts off when the basket is full and starts again when you empty it. It comes with a nice little ice scoop which holds about 1/2 cup of ice. I think the £199 price is a bit high but I got it on sale at £159 which is about right. I recommend waiting for a sale as it happens every couple of weeks. Update: 6 month on and this is still going strong, I use it at least 3 times a week and make 2 full tanks of water each time. I am very happy with this machine so far.

My last one, a different brand, lasted around 10 months of constant use. This one sounds more solid, you can hear solenoids clicking in, it sounds positive, solid and well built. The first batch of ice looked really poor and small, but the second and subsequent ones are perfect. It comes well protected, complete with a very detailed instruction booklet, in English, German, French, Spanish and Italian, no Chinglish, very easy to read and understand, with no bits that you can't understand. There's exploded diagrams, the lot. Plus there's a Troubleshooting leaflet. The supplied ice shovel feels strong enough. The warranty is one year, done on the website, you do need the order number. One button operation, with a power light, ice full and add water lights. A nice metallic finish, with a clear lid makes this look more expensive than it is. You do need a minimum of 4" space back and sides for ventilation. Well worth the money, hopefully it will last longer than the other make! There's a blue protective film on all of the silver finish casing, apart from the logo part, I left it on, as it's not over the vents and it protects it in my motorhome, I'll remove it when it looks a bit tatty. I would recommend it, get one ready for summer gin and tonics, no more buying ice.

I’m very impressed with the EUHOMY Countertop Ice Maker. It does exactly what it claims, the first batch of ice is ready in about 6 minutes, and it keeps producing ice steadily throughout the day. The 26 lbs in 24 hours feels accurate for normal home use, and it easily keeps up with drinks, daily use, and small gatherings. The machine is very easy to use, just add water, press a button, and it starts working. The indicator lights are helpful, and I appreciate how simple and straightforward everything is. The handle is a great bonus and makes moving it around the kitchen much easier than expected. The ice cubes are standard bullet-style ice, perfect for iced coffee, cocktails, smoothies, and sodas. Like all countertop ice makers, the bin doesn’t freeze-store ice long-term, so I transfer extra ice to the freezer when needed. Overall, this is a reliable, fast, and convenient ice maker that’s well worth the price.

The machine never worked. The return process was painful. Seller was not willing to engage and didn’t take any responsibility for the quality of the product. Amazon stepped up and kept us whole.

My husband got me this ice machine for our anniversary, and I absolutely love it! I use it all the time, and it works perfectly. The ice is made quickly, it’s easy to use, and it’s so convenient to have at home. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase!

This is quite simply an excellent product. We have this running pretty much 24/7. It hasn't failed us yet (nearly a year) and keeps making these perfect ice cubes with ease and very quickly too. An very good purchase indeed!

This ice maker is great. There is very little noise while it's running when the ice drops it has a soft muffled sound like the ice is falling on a soft surface. The machine makes 1 size bullet ice cubes. My machine makes 9 cubes every 8 min. I eat a lot of ice the cubes are perfect for chewing they are gentle on the teeth they are between soft and hard. If you put in cold water the machine makes ice faster. I use room temperature spring water also Customer Service said if the machine is in a hot room the ice will take a little longer to make ice. I love this ice maker only having one size cube is fine with me.
