I honestly thought this would be a gimmick, but it’s been a great purchase. The app is simple to use and setup took just a few minutes. I’ve only charged it once and it’s still going strong months later. I use it for a home storage unit, and an few adults in the house have their fingerprints registered, it recognizes everyone very well. Works flawlessly every time. Bottom Line: A sturdy, dependable smart lock that exceeded expectations.

My wife goes on daily walks and must go through a locked gate. It was such a pain for her to bend over to read the tiny numbers on the combo lock face. These fingerprint locks eliminate that problem. Now she can easily use her thumbprint lock unlocks. The lock readers have been very dependable and work with your phone app so you know when to recharge them. After buying and using one, we purchased additional locks for our other gates. The extra cost is definitely offset by the added convenience. The flexible cable on the lock also makes it easy to hang on a gate lock and use the fingerprint reader without struggling to access the lock in the gate latch.

Works as expected. Just hate that you have to "wake" the device by physically touching before you can access with phone.

Bought this to keep my children safe and locked out of the pool area unsupervised. Not even a year later, the lock is in full lock mode and I cannot get into my pool. It’s charged and recognizing my fingerprint and makes a noise that sounds like it’s unlocking but nothing happens. I tried accessing the unlock feature through the app as well and it says unlock successful yet here I am, locked out. My only choice is to cut the lock so we can into the pool. Do not recommend whatsoever.

Had a problem with the initial lock I ordered and the company reached out and fixed the problem. The company cares about their customers and the quality of their products and absolutely love the lock. I would recommend 10/10 and it’s very easy to set up

I ordered this after a truck smashed into our gate and broke our automatic gate opener. Because of this, I went looking for a way to secure our gate with something we can use in other ways once it is repaired. The functionality of setting up temporary pass codes or longer-term fingerprint and the functionality of being able to use our phone to open it touch free is important since we get deliveries and we want family to be able to access our property without having to walk down to the gate which is about an acre away. I also appreciated that is waterproof. When I received this lock, I was impressed. We had everything set up in minutes and the installation was super easy. We were ready to use it in about 30 minutes from receiving it. The lock function was also smooth and I like that the lock doesn’t have metal showing on the hasp since we would be using it in the cold. The down side is, it errored out after about 45 days of use unfortunately and it wasn’t allowing us to factory reset the device to try to fix it. So now, it is unfortunately junk. Such a bummer since I was looking forward to using this on our barn after we were done with the gate. I’m pretty sure this is just a glitch since we bought another lock from the same manufacturer after this and it’s working perfectly. The quality is there, the software just bugged out.

Easy to set up and use. Battery holds a charge. For my needs at work though 20 fingerprints are not enough. Really there is 1 of 2 ways to fix this: either each person registers 2 different fingers or make it 40 fingerprints (yes I need that many). This is my only complaint. Other than that it is a keeper.
