I lived on the island of Sardinia for many years and I am pleased to find San Guiliano extra virgin olive oil here in the U.S.A. I use this olive oil mostly on salads and as a flavor enhancer to certain recipes. I don't use it for routine cooking or frying as less expensive oils are adequate. The olive oil market, much like the wine market can be complicated and quite personal. Give San Giuliano a try.
