Great product and well worth the investment!
I've been using this for almost four months and it's been great. My desk height was about four inches too high and even with a great chair (Herman Miller Mirra) I was experiencing daily hand, arm, and shoulder pain. This keyboard tray is very sturdy and has lots of adjustments. The separate mouse platform allows you to customize nicely. Two things I would HIGHLY recommend is to ditch the wrist rests and adjust the keyboard tray to tilt slightly way from you (make the spacebar higher than the numbers). Here's why: The rests actually cause more ergonomic problems for people. By holding your wrist in place, you are then making little twisting movements at your wrist to type keys or especially to move the mouse. Instead, practice moving your whole arm all the way up to your shoulder. Your larger muscles can take this kind of work much better than the tiny muscles in your hands and wrists. Having the keyboard tilt away from you slightly allows a more natural position for your hands. If you look down at your hands on your keyboard you'll see how your wrists are bent upward. That's unhealthy. Some tilt allows your hands to drop to about the same level as your wrist. Some years ago I had some repetitive strain injury and spent several months with a physical therapist. I learned so much from her including the couple of tips above. It's hard to create the habit to not rest our hands while mousing, but if you can do it, I promise your body will thank you!

Mouse pad not designed correctly for wireless
This under desk keyboard tray gets 5 stars, but the attached mousepad only gets 3 stars. The keyboard tray fits together well, is easy to install and seems sturdy and adjustable to my liking. However, the mousepad only gets a 3 out of 5 rating. The pad itself is a bit small and only has a top rail. The bottom pad is ok, but comes with 6 3M adhesive pads that have the round tab at the bottom so you can remove the pad without damage to the mousepad? (?). The surface of the pad is a sturdy coating that is like a rough textured plastic that is very slick and smooth. The problem with this pad is that there is only a top rail, no side guards. If you happen to slide your hand off the keyboard reaching for the (wireless) mouse and bump it to the side, it slides off the extremely slick pad and ends up falling on the ground. Likewise if you push or twist the board too fast, the (wireless) mouse goes skittering off the right edge of the mousepad.

Great product and very sturdy
This works perfectly for me. It helps me reduce shoulder pain. Just be careful to check what clearance you have under your desk if you have a narrow desk. Mine is narrow and I cannot push back the tray all the way in because of the piece of wood in the back of my desk. It is very well designed and very sturdy. Not very easy to install if you are not used to assemble things.

Once installed, it's very stable and very adjustable
The instructions to install it were clear. It's like an Ikea project to install. An electric drill helps. My computer desk was not deep enough to install as instructed, but I was able to attach the mounting bracket to the bottom of the desk edge pieces and not to the bottom of the desk top. (Got that?) It is very adjustable and stable after adjusted. It does not bounce when I type. If the little mouse table is too angled, the mouse slides down, making the cursor move on the screen. The first time I saw the cursor slowly move by itself, I thought it was a poltergeist. I cut a textured mouse pad to fit the little mouse table, and that helps the mouse stay in place. I regularly move the keyboard tray under the desk when I am done using it, so I am regularly adjusting it. No problems.

Very low quality keyboard tray.
This is not a good design. 1 The tray is hard to slide in its track. 2. The mouse tray is too small, does not stay stable and the mouse constantly moves because it tilts because of the loose way it fits into the keyboard tray 3. The cover of the wrist pad developed a rip days after I installed it. The cover is way too thin and the gel padding is sticky and makes my hand sticky. Don't buys this one.

Nada mejor, más robusto y cómodo para dejar libre el escritorio y trabajar por horas, sumamente recomendable

I love this product! Very sturdy and very adjustable in different directions to fit different positions. On the heavier side so you need a strong table to hold it, but it doesnt feel flimsy at all. Installation was alright, you will need a drill and lie on your back. The template was missing the farther end screw but I just added it anyway for extra support.

We bought this keyboard tray as we are getting a new built in desk. The desk has not arrived as of yet but we have the keyboard tray ready for the install. I have to say i bought 3M partly because of the name and the adjustments you can make with the keyboard tray for optimal comfort BUT my husband is most impressed with the heavy duty structure and how it is going to hold up to usage. We can not wait for the new desk to get this installed so we can use it!

The actual design itself seems as if it could be sturdy, but my keyboard tray slopes a bit to the right, and the mousetray slopes severely (even with everything fully tightened) to the point where my mouse will regularly slip off the side. Very disappointed considering the price I paid for this. Update: I sent the original item back, and received another defective item in return. The mouse tray no longer slopes to the side, but it's over tightened to the point where it is impossible to adjust, and there are no bolts I could loosen myself to fix the problem. Adjusting the keyboard tray itself also now results in the sound of metal scraping against metal.

I was skeptical that this would be stabile enough for me will gaming but it has really surprised at how stabile it is!
