I bought this tablet for my daughter who is quite passionate about drawing and art. This is a great starter tablet that comes with everything you need to get started including the case, pen, glove, pre installed drawing apps and a charger. The screen is huge and is the same size as my laptop screen which is great for drawing. It is a fully functioning tablet and the only complaint my daughter has had so far is that some games, such as Roblox, are a bit hard to play with the large screen and that there is no headphone jack. Outside of that great product! Customer service was wonderful too as the tip of the pen broke the first day out of the box. I contacted Amazon who offered to replace the entire tablet and when I declined they put me in touch with the Simban customer support. They responded quickly, the process of getting a free pen replacement was quick and easy ( you have a 90 day warranty on accessories from the company). We had a new pen within a week and so far it's been great.

Fantastic tablet, I love the size and features. Excellent customer service and warranty. Very happy with my purchase.

Edit: After reaching out to the company where this tablet was from we were able to get the problem sorted out, quickly and very kindly. They offered a repair but due to delays on parts replaced the tablet. It was fast, painless and now I have the tablet and it is perfect! I really do enjoy working with it and am over joyed with everything about the product at this time Bought it on the 18th of January. It isnalready not turning on at all. Had a random crack show up on the screen. It worked great until it did not.

My daughter loves this tablet! We have had a lot of different ones and this is by far the best. She is able to create cartoons and really go above the normal drawing capabilities of a regular tablet. Customer service has went above and beyond for us. Very thankful I made this purchase.

Honestly, I didn't have a lot of complaints with the tablet while it functioned. It was definitely not the best tablet, but good for price point. A few months later, and it won't boot. I've tried normal boot, fast boot, and recovery boot... Nothing but a black screen.

This is the second SIMBANS product we have purchased and have been pleased with both. My daughter uses the tablet daily for art and school. She is able to create beautiful, detailed art with the apps that come pre-installed. The tablet was very easy to setup, is easy to use, functions great, and is of good quality. Any issues we have had have been addressed promptly and we are beyond pleased with the service we have received.

Everything has been working very well. I did experience some port rot but an email to customer service solved it VERY quickly, I sent in my old tablet and they ordered me a new one. (I was still under warranty, though past the initial 30 days.) All done quickly, politely and exclusively through email too, which I really appreciated. (Thanks Chris) I use it for a lot of stuff, primarily browsing, art and gaming. I've not experienced any lag. The apps that come preinstalled are meh (I recommend Krita or Clip Studio) but they can be uninstalled and there's a nice amount of space to play with. The quality for the price is actually really good. I do wish the pen was a little better, it's a bit simplistic, my phone apparently isn't compatible to be a shortcut device and I'm not dropping $40-$50 for the tabmate device. It's not a deal breaker for me though and a good app will provide on screen shortcuts for ease of use. Battery life is good (so far) and it charges quickly. Just treat the port well like you would/should any device and make sure you have some spare AAAA batteries. The pen doesn't burn through them but I like knowing I have plenty of spares besides the two they ship it with. The drawing glove was way too big for my hand though, so I just cut the index and middle finger off an old glove, works like a charm.

Bonjour C’est ma troisième tablette, de la même marque, la plus grande Reçue sans autre carton de protection donc avec toutes les étiquettes d’adresse, de suivis sur les 4 faces, dommage pour une aussi belle boite. À l’intérieur, la tablette très grand format, avec une protection d’écran, finition mate, avec un stylet qui se loge dans l’étui, également fourni, mais un peu déroutant au début car en plastique dont la moitié est transparente. L’étui ne permet pas de positionner la tablette en appui, si vous l’utilisez pour le dessin pas de problème, pour la vidéo, il faudra acheter un chevalet. Toujours d’aussi bonne qualité pour le dessin avec un rendu très agréable. Vous bénéficier d’un gant, d’une pile en plus pour le stylet, de deux autres mines, et d’un chargeur avec son câble. Un petit plus un petit outil pour ouvrir le tiroir de la carte SD, bien pratique. Pour moi ce sont les meilleures tablettes. Quelques dessins…

Nous avons acheté cette tablette pour ma fille artiste et elle l'adore. Quelques semaines après l'achat, le port de charge a brisé. Sans hésiter, Simbans l'a réparé sans frais. Service impeccable, tablette impeccable. Je recommande l'achat de cette tablette à tous les artistes!

Mi serviva un tablet che mi permettesse di fare disegni e schizzi. .. ma senza spendere una fortuna .. e fosse un ottimo compromesso tra costi e benefici .. questo Tablet e perfetto .. estremamente fruibile .. ha gia incorporate alcune apps proprio per questo scopo (. Fra ltro spendendo qualcosina in piu direttamente dalle apps si attivano funzioni molto ma molto utili ) .. che dire .. un ottimo acquisto .. ed ad un prezzo accessibile Bene molto bene
