Great little miniature Spectrum Analyzer for audio. Some skills are needed to assemble because of the small parts, but it's not too difficult. There are display modes, but as other posters mentioned, the instructions are not useful; e.g., <do some action> then "press the button," without specifying which button is meant, thus you can still refer to YouTube. It should also be noted that there is a microphone, so if there's no direct audio and the unit is on, you may see it respond to noise/and or voice. Recommended for audio geeks.

Maybe there's a good way to use this is an actual calibrated analyzer but I'm just using it as a vibe piece. Has a bit of a vintage 90's appeal to it. Turns into a clock with calendar when not playing sound. The included booklet was fairly useless and the menu isn't intuitive but if you spend 10 minutes playing with the controls, you'll figure it out. Might try to build housing for it out of wood at some point but even as is it still looks pretty good on a shelf.

Works as advertised and I really like the rear facing USB C power connector in addition to the side jack that is not mentioned in the listing.

This has potential but it is a royal pain in the end to figure out how to change settings. As another reviewer stated the instructions "are clear as mud". I don't need a real spectrum analyzer for producing music or measuring room acoustics, I only wanted this for the dancing lights when listen to music. First of all, this thing is SENSITIVE on mic mode and even displays the popping sounds of my water heater in the garage and pics up the sirens of the paintball field nearly half mile away. It does look fantastic. However, one day when using as a spectrum analyzer it switched modes on its own to a full display of solid light bars. I've spent at least two hours trying unsuccessfully to get it back to where it was. The manual is USELESS. In one of the modes it makes a loud buzzing sound which gets picked up by the mic. Resetting to the factory settings does not return it to the original SA setting that was configured right out of the box. If I can't figure this out in the next day or two I will just return it. Update: I will definitely be returning this unit. I attached a picture of the unit working with the bars moving from the top, down. I am using this in mic mode, not AUX mode, in a quiet environment with no music or other noises. Yet, the spectrum analyzer is dancing as if it is responding to actual music LOL. Nah, I'm not keep this unit.

I typically never take the time to write reviews but thought this deserves it. Yes the instructions are intense, but if you take the time to read them, you can configure this thing in so many ways and exactly how you want. This thing feels way more quality than 50 bucks.

Very happy with this product. It works as expected and the display looks good. They only complaint I have is that It’s very confusing to understand how to set it up. Once I finally figured it out it was great. Love that it can take an audio signal or use an internal microphone.

ya me llego y aun no marcan que ya se me entrego el pedido, lo que no me gusto es que vino maltratado, lo metieron en una caja sin envoltura y se ve se estuvo agitando llego con un boton desoldado y pines todos doblados ( los enderece como pude), lo probe, parece funciona bien.
