The best beard comb money can buy. Chicago combs are expensive for what they are (just a comb), but they last a lifetime, they are of excellent quality and do an amazing job taming your beard (or hair) without snagging. This is my 4th of the collection, and they are all phenomenal as long as you use them as indicated. I have 3 in total, and thy are all phenomenal as long as you use them as indicated and exert some common sense. This particular one is for long beards/hair and does not disappoint.

A couple of weeks ago I purchased the number 11 Afro Pick from this company and I truly love it. I'm not sure how long this company has been making picks and combs, but it would have been nice if they'd been around back in the old days when I was sporting a serious 'fro. So I am so happy with their product that I decided to order the number 14 comb. It arrived today and I'm very pleased with it. I also like their very cool and eco friendly packaging. I wish they made hairbrushes, as I would guess the craftsmanship would be just as awesome.

Great comb bought for my beard

The number 14 is a fusion of the number 1 and number 8, really great for styling and spreading beard oil underneath. Like every chicago comb, they are smooth to use and each comb has its own purpose. I couldn't be happier to have completed my Chicago Comb collection.

Ottimo pettine in fibra di carbonio, caratterizzato da una leggerezza evidente. L'antistaticità e la stabilità al calore lo rendono utilissimo anche per pettinare e domare la barba. La distanza tra i denti di questo modello 14 (0.06 pollici, 1.5 mm circa) è sufficiente per districare la barba senza stressarla eccessivamente, a patto di pettinare con delicatezza. Se si cerca maggiore delicatezza meglio virare sul modello 8 (0.15", 3.8 mm). Consigliatissimo.

I bought this comb on a whim and it is the best comb I have ever used! I have fine long hair and I have always used combs of this shape but with thicker teeth and wider gaps between the them. This comb has felt really solid with no feel of bending/breaking when I brush my hair and the closer teeth does a much better job for fine hair. I have not had any noticeable static with this comb but I also put some anti static conditioner in my hair so hard to say how well that actually works. If you are used to plastic combs that bend and break over time, I highly suggest giving this a shot as I will never go back to the old plastic combs now.
