I have had my printer for just over a year and I’m loving it. I have made tons of prints and still have quite a bit of ink left. The Lancelot customer service team that help setup and help with any issues is amazing. They have helped me so much with small steps I got a little lost on. I would definitely recommend this printer!

Absolutely, stay away. This product is not at all what is advertised. First off, it took hours to install because they didn't send me the correct software or a driver. Secondly, we never got three prints in a row EVER. If it wasn't the white ink, it was the ink pad, or the print head, or something. EVERY TIME! Also, it was assembled incorrectly, so the tray where the roll went into was offset, and the plate wouldn't fit. We had to feed paper by hand. Furthermore, the prints were almost impossible to estimate in size as they did not print to the size selected. Customer service was the worst. They literally told me to take it apart and fix it myself! They wanted to charge me a whole bunch of money to send it in to be fixed after that! Oh, and the oven quit after two months. They sent me a replacement switch for it (that we had to disassemble the oven to fix), and thenit wouldn't get hot enough to bake it. One thing after another. Ink doesn't stay in the jugs either. Sprayed or spilled all the time. A literal waste of money. DO NOT BUY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Machine was trash. They sent me an old version that never worked properly. Software wasn't updated either. Then they promised that If i gave a good review they would send me the parts needed to fix it for free. I spent nearly $600 paying printer Experts to fix this printer. Only thing good about my experience with this purchase was the customer service. They kept my attention on promising repairs and parts that never came until the time ran out for me to return the machine so now I'm stuck with a non working piece of garbage that I lost $3500 on. 🤬🤬🤬

I love L1800 DTF printer it prints beautiful vibrant colors and I recommend getting accories from Lancelot too, don't use the cheaply made stuff from other sellers you will be sorry.

Junk. Multiple issues in the first year of use. When asking to get help they just continue to send videos for assistance but issue is not resolved. I’ve had to replace the print head, dongles, hoses. Pretty much everything. Item broke Nov 2025. Purchased Dec 2024. Still unable to get it fixed. Customer service is horrible over seas because I can’t really talk to them or have someone come fix the issue. Would never purchase from them again

Got the printer maybe two weeks ago, so far pretty good. I had to call support today for ink pad reset. I was connected with Eric. He was super friendly, patient, helpful and not only helped solve my issue in a timely manner helped me with more preventive maintenance I can do to ensure my machine stays in tip top shape!

First off let's start with this was a gift to me. Lancelots technical support team we're amazing. I have nothing negative to say about them- they were extremely helpful. They were patient and level headed, as long as you yourself are patient and willing to learn they are there to help and teach you! I did my first print today- its backwards, but its beautiful haha I forgot to flip image but its beautiful. Overall I say thanks to the team Jun Hao, Levi and Sissie. 🫶🫶💗

Ca fait une semaine que je l’ai reçu et je dois dire qu’elle fonctionne vraiment très bien. Je n’ai eu aucun problème à la mettre en marche. Je vais réévaluer dans 1 mois environ.
