I really don't rate this..maybe am.using it wrong but this has done nothing to make my sleep.on planes or on a coach trip any more comfortable. I personally would not recommend it. I believe its useless!

First Off, it is SOOOO Comfortable. Like at first you see it and your a little scared but boy oh boy is this an upgrade from anything you can get at an airport. First off it isnt bulky, which I love, and it seems like it contours way more to your neck and shoulder. Second off. not only can you use it on your neck but it also feels AMAZING on the back if you need lumbar support. Its very versatile and I have way less neck pains when I use it.

After years of mocking others with neck pillows, the amount of sleeping I was doing on transit had me cave to get one and I am glad I did. This pillow has been very comfortable and able to rest my head on the side easily. It folds up real small into the bag easily and the cover comes off to wash. The most difficult thing is getting the foam back into the cover, but that is more trying to figure out what side is up. I haven't used the ear plugs or eye mask yet, but I have used it from the moment I've gotten to my seat on all my flights since.

We like that it came with an adjustable Sleeping mask, ear buds and a storage bag. That's always a plus especially when traveling! It's small enough that you can just put it in your bag and forget about it. The memory foam also didn't feel cheap. Maybe because I'm tiny but around the neck, it just felt so bulky to me instead of being supportive? It does not come in "curved" like your typical travel pillow as well so you have to use the string to adjust it. But even then, there seem to be too much space between my neck and the pillow itself to feel a good support. Again, it's not a bad product. I think it's just too big for me. Update: Used this once during our trip in late December 2025 and already, the case is already falling apart

Pillow works well, however, the storage bag didn’t survive 5 minutes after unpacking box.
