I use this for making homemade Chinese dumplings with store bought wraps. This is the perfect size to fill the dumplings without over stuffing, which is important as it won’t seal shut if overstuffed. The lever clears the scoop well and makes for a consistent size portion each time. The handle & lever is well made and is durable. The scoop also washes easily.

I just finished Triple the Ginger Cookies and had to write this review. Never used a Cookie Scoop before but, this made it so easy, quick and the cookies are uniform in size. The dough came out of the scoop with ease and the scoop works great! Used the black handle size, scooped out the dough and used my spatula to scrape off the top then dropped it into my hand to form a perfect ball. Easy to clean. I saved 15 to 20 minutes on making the cookies; I love this thing.

Five stars! This one inch cookie scoop is perfect for making tiny cookies. I make chocolate chip cookies with the mini chips! It's also the perfect size for making small dog treats. Just portion them out with this cookie scoop, and smoosh them down with the bottom of a glass and bake them until they're completely dry and crunchy. I then stored them in a Ziploc bag. I make a double recipe and they stay fresh for a couple of months.

I removed one star; unlike my Pampered Chef medium and large sized scoops, this mini one does the job however the slide was constantly getting clogged with cookie dough. It had to be rinsed out often. It's mini size scoops out just enough dough for a uniformly round, bite sized cookie.

I haven't had a chance to use this yet but it's exactly the same as the one I had before (I wore it out) & I loved it. I would suggest you be careful if your dough is chilled as it doesn't work as well. It keeps the cookies nice & round & the same size. Love it.

Product as described and works well. Put it in the dishwasher and no issues. Time will tell if the black rubber handles last with continued dishwasher use, but I don’t expect an issue as I will only be using this tool occasionally.
