This massager gives a fairly good hand massage for the price. It has different modes of intensity regarding the heat, compression and vibration. It's a compact size. I'm happy with this purchase.

What to know: -The machine is approximately the size of a baseball mitt. It is open on both ends, with one end being slightly narrower. (I could fit my hand into either end.) -The on/off button requires a LOT of pressure and to be held down for 3 seconds in order for it to power on or off. This seems trivial unless you have *hand pain* and mobility issues and are buying the machine to address this! -You have two options for squeezing modes, three options for intensity (how strong it squeezes), two levels of heat, and two vibrate modes: Pattern of squeezing modes- I couldn't tell any difference. There is no "rolling" or Shiatsu kind of motion. It is squeeze for some length of time and release. I tried inserting my hand into the other end, moving my hand deeper or shallower, and turning my hand palm-up to see if I could get an actual pleasant massage-like experience. I could not. I could get an intense squeeze on the thickest part of my hand, which was painful to the back of the middle of my hand. It does not have any kind of sensor or adjustment for the thicknesses of your hand/fingers, so the squeeze is ONLY on the thickest part of your hand. I could feel no pressure whatsoever on my fingers or the thinner part of my hand. -The heat is on the bottom and in the middle of the palm only. It is barely noticeable, even on the highest setting. The heated area feels like it is approximately the size of a quarter. -The vibration has two modes that are extremely light and feel like a tickle versus therapeutic. It was so gentle it made me itch. One mode pulses very quickly, the second mode pulses slightly slower. There is no option to intensify the vibration or have it on constantly. -You may also want to note that it is loud. It's not something that's pleasant to use while trying to watch TV, for example. The air puffs out in loud, long hisses like a blood pressure machine, it squeaks, it creaks, and it buzzes/has a motor sound. I was expecting something just a bit quieter. I'm returning it. I get better results just wrapping my hand in a regular heating pad.

I was thInking to get a hand massager for a long time. My work requires me to use my hands all day long. I decided to get Aerlang hand massager for myself. I love it so much. The pressure is perfect to squeeze and massage my hands. My hands feel relaxing after use. It doesn’t make much noise. I can use it while I work everyday.

Received this today was excited because it came fully charged. I have lipidemia. And it took the swelling out of my hand. Just with massage/ heat not with vibration. Feel wonderful..
