Have tried Garcinia Before For me it worked very well! I lost 2 inches off each my upper arms . 3 inches off my thighs & 5 off hips No dieting! Works great

Product itself I’ve never had before but feel like it’s already working compared to other things I used to take to achieve a similar effect, maybe because it’s the first time using it. Will need to wait a little longer as it’s only been a couple days I’ve used it but already feeling a little different in a good way. Didn’t realise there was only 30 tablets and recommended servings exceed 2 I think so they would run out quite quickly so maybe more in a container would be worth buying again as the product itself seems great.

Made no difference to weight loss, wo t get again

Please avoid this pills. I bought them recently and received them last Sunday. I started taking them on Monday as per description, only after the second pill I started to feel bad, with some dizziness and faster heart rate. I wasn’t sure if it was because of them, so today Tuesday I took the first one 30 minutes before my first meal as per description and I started to feel the same as yesterday and with headache and my first reaction was to throw them and write this review. I know everyone body’s is different but such reaction at only the first pills is very rare. So I just wanted ro share my experience.

I've had this for nearly two weeks now and can attest to it suppressing my appetite. A bit weary of the fact that i cannot find any other reviews from people who are taking it on the internet about Garcinia apart from on Amazon and Holland & Barrett! I haven't weighed myself yet because i want to give it a month before writing a proper review. This isn't a magic pill and cannot stop you from snacking, it will work i'm sure with a good diet and exercise. I feel some of the negative reviews are from people who sit on their backsides all day and think taking these without changing their eating habits will work. I'm giving it a month or until the bottle is finished to write an honest review about it.

It doesn't work for me

I’d read a lots about GC and is use in weight management, all very variable, so thought best to try it for myself. While I’ve tried to cut down on all things sugary in general this product has definitely aided me in weight loss (15lbs in 7 weeks) and more important has helped me reduce “belly fat”. Definate impact on reducing appetite also. Sometimes a bit tricky to follow the instructions and take 30-45 mins before eating, but focusing on this also helps me to stop nibbling between meals! I think this is one of those products that might not suit everyone but is well worth trying.
