I had to wait a while to really use this chair and put it through it's paces. I did a lot of research before I finally pulled the trigger on this purchase. I'm happy to say that I really, really, like this chair. The comfort and support it provides is like no other chair I've sat in. The main thing for me was having a chair that was mesh as the material seems to hold up longer and it breaths more than the pleated, cloth, chairs. The adjustments are almost too much since there's an adjustment for almost any contour on your body. It feels like adjusting you seat on a bike, it'll never be perfect but you'll keep adjusting it all the time. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase and will continue recommending it to my friends and family. Definitely worth the price

The chair is pretty good overall. Relatively comfortable, though the seat pan can be a bit hard. The recline has three preset positions, none of which are positioned exactly where I’d like. The arms have a lot of adjustments, and the seat pan does slide forward and back, but doesn’t have a tilt adjustment. The lumbar has some adjustment to it, though a bit more up/down would be helpful.

I guess that depends on what you think is a high price for a chair. This was a very expensive, big purchase for me but I sit all day, everyday for work so decided to bite the bullet. I have had several cheap chairs then my last 2 chairs were in the $350 range which I thought was very expensive & while comfortable they only lasted a few years. This one, at double that price seems to be the best quality chair i've ever seen. Only time will tell but am very excited for years of comfort with this one. Assembly was very easy, took like 15mins, there are so many adjustments on this chair that I wasn't super impressed at 1st sit, so be patient & dial it in. I had an issue with the backrest but after contacting support they sent me a video & I was adjusting it wrong. Speaking of support, very quick & responsive. Breathability is soooo good. Loving this material. The only downside I have so far are the armrests. While you can change them in almost any direction, they do move too easily, wish you could lock them in a preferred position. I tend to lean back while working too & the only direction the armrests won't move are in a downward angle, they literally move in every other direction except the angle I need so am forced to sit a little more upright than id like. Fix those issues & it would be a 5 star all the way.

Der Stuhl kam schnell an (wesentlich schneller als angekündigt) und war hervorragend verpackt. Der Aufbau ist sehr einfach und selbst ohne die sehr gut beschriebene Anleitung problemlos möglich. Der Stuhl macht einen absolut wertigen Eindruck und zeugt von sehr hoher Qualität. Nun aber das Wichtigste: Ich bin 187 cm groß und es ist für mich schwer einen Stuhl zu finden, auf dem ich über längere Zeit komfortabel und schmerzfrei sitzen kann. Dieser Stuhl erfüllt höchste Ansprüche ans Sitzen. Durch die unzähligen Verstellmöglichkeiten lässt er sich perfekt auf jede Körpergröße einstellen und endlich sitze ich schmerzfrei und bequem über den ganzen Tag hinweg (im Homeoffice). Eine klare Empfehlung von mir und ich bin mir sicher, mehr Stuhl kann man für das Geld nicht bekommen!

Llevo ya un tiempo usándola y de momento todo bien. Es cierto que no he encontrado utilidad a tantas posiciones de los reposabrazos, pero lo que es la silla, me va perfecta para todas las horas que paso sentado.

Da ich Probleme mit dem Rücken habe und mir mein Gaming Stuhl auf Dauer zu unbequem wurde und die Rückenschmerzen stärker wurden umso länger ich darauf gesessen habe ,war ich auf der Suche nach einen Stuhl der die Bandscheiben unterstützt bzw entlastet. Nach längeren Suchen bin ich dann auf diesen Stuhl gestoßen. Man merkt sofort das er beim sitzen die Bandscheiben entlastet aufgrund der Federung. Auch die Unterstützung der Lendenwirbelgegend ist gegeben Durch die verschiedensten Einstellungen kann man sich den Stuhl genau für seine Bedürfnisse anpassen. Auch der kundensupport ist super, ich hatte ein Problem mit der Armlehne. Ohne zu zögern und langes warten wurde mir geholfen und es wurde umgehend eine neue zugeschickt. Also alles in allem ein super Stuhl auch wenn der Preis abschreckend ist. Aber es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall.

After purhasing a product we tend to forget the importance of customer servervice unless there is a need. I have been incntact with SIHOO and I have to say I have been pleased with the customer servece. The 5 star rating is purly for this reason. You are not going to find reviews about customer service in Youtube about SIHOO, so I thought I should include it with my review.
